Dr. Grothe and her team are excellent. They took the time to really listen to my concerns, ask thoughtful questions, and explain everything clearly—something I’ve never experienced to this extent with previous dentists. What really stood out is that they genuinely prioritize my oral health, rather than just going through the motions of basic care. The level of attention was patient-focused, not rushed or routine. The level of care was also far more thorough and personalized than what I’m used to. When I went for my first visit at Root Dental, everyone was very welcoming. Dr. Grothe gave me the most comprehensive exam I’ve ever had, then went over the treatment plan for me. I have since had two appointments for fillings. I have dental anxiety, but Dr. Grothe and her staff have been very kind and patient which has helped me to feel safe and to continue taking care of my oral health.

I never thought I’d be so happy about a dental office but Root Dental is really that great. The environment is clean and welcoming, the staff have all been so nice and their accommodations for patients is above and beyond. They are more holistically minded and listen to the patient/parent on their preferences. I’m so happy I found them and have been reccomending to everyone!
