Genuinely life changing dental experience. I had over a decade's worth of issues other dental professionals at other practices told me would require multiple implants, bridges, or veneers. Dr. Gray gave me back my smile in two sedation sessions with a degree of passion and care I would never have thought possible. The entire office is compassionate and professional, I would recommend them to literally anyone in the area. Incredible care.

I used to be terrified of the dentist, I would hate it. This dentist office has truly changed my whole perception and experience. They are so supportive, accommodating, and accepting! When my favorite hygienist Christina was out they called and let me ask about who my hygienist would be so I could prepare and be ready and Joy was also so amazing! They are so patient and judgement free! I love Dr. Friend and Dr. Sykes !

I had a great experience with Dr Gray, I sincerely appreciate his compassion and the time he took to actually listen to my concerns. After years of having teeth problems and pain. He actually gave me hope on saving my teeth. I recently had alot of work done and so far I feel relieved that they will last for years to come. He is very personal able and that ment alot to me. I highly recommend him to anyone who has felt like there just a number to there dentist. You can tell Dr. Gray does his job with pride and truly cares about his patients.

As a new patient, my experience was excellent. Everyone was welcoming from scheduling to arrival to patient care. The office is modern and very comfortable, with up to date dental technology. The dental hygienist, doctor, and staff were all outstanding and very friendly. I am looking forward to having them take care of my dental needs moving forward.

I’ve been working with Dr. Marlow for two years now. I have found him to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient centered, very skilled and professional. I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the years and in my experience he is one of the best ones I’ve worked with! All the hygienists I have seen have been very skilled, personable, and take time to explain what they are doing, provide guidance and help to make the experience better. The admin staff are great as well, In terms of personable, friendly, and professional.

Dr. Gray and his team are absolutely amazing. I avoided the dentist for close to a decade due to terrible childhood experiences and extreme anxiety. Coming in to Ann Arbor Smiles, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming , and no one judged me for my long absence. Dr. Gray laid out options available to help with dental anxiety but in the end, I felt so comfortable that I didn’t actually need them. The communication from the entire team is incredible and I really appreciate that I’ll receive texts (not automated, but personalized) from the front desk staff and even Dr. Gray. It makes things so much easier to coordinate while I’m working during the day. Lastly, a big shout out to the front desk staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable about dental care, patient, and happy to explain whatever you need about billing and upcoming appointments. Not to mention they’re super welcoming and very funny!
