What a disservice for those reaching out for help. I’ve first hand seen 2 people this summer reach out and never be called back for scheduling. Do you know the courage it takes for the first step to make that phone call? Unbelievable.

Amazing front office all the way to the back! I highly recommend this office! I've been there twice and the first experience was very well! Dr. Garcia is very knowledgeable and does not take chances. The dental assistants are nice and professional as well. The ladies in the front are quick and attentive, always nice! I highly recommend!

A little frustrated with this office, months ago is scheduled the first appointment for my husband and I with cleaning and xrays and exam. I explained my situation that I'm pregnant and trying to get my appointments in before i have my baby etc. When I called to confirm my appointment for tomorrow they said they had me scheduled for an hour visit but would only do an exam and xrays and then we'd have to come back in 3 months for a cleaning. I have never seen an office run like this scheduling for an hour just for xrays and an exam. Luckily I found another office in roswell that will get us in tomorrow, I tried to call back 4x to cancel and couldn't get through to them. Just kind of a strange way to run things, if I'd have known this I wouldn't have scheduled with them as we come from another town.

A large number other the staff including receptionists and nurses always seem annoyed and bothered and are very unfriendly. Very little empathy or accomodation is shown. Environment and overall attitude in this facility is usually very cold and frustrating.

Look I get it. The place is understaffed and that causes much stress for those working there, but there is NO excuse to talk to someone the way my mother was talked to today. She came to me crying and told me everything, and to say the least saying I felt shocked is an understatement. Her blood pressure went up the roof and she felt horrible. Shame to the dentist and I feel bad for the people that work there. Please don’t take out your problems on your patients. Again, there’s absolutely no excuse to have someone feel the way you made my mother feel today.
