I had an issue with a recently implanted bridge. It was rubbing against my lower gums and causing irritation. I made an appointment with Ashville Dental Associates for emergency care. They called me two days before my scheduled appointment to let me know I could come in early if I wanted. I took the earlier appointment and I am extremely pleased that I did. They listened to my problem, were compassionate and reassuring, and took care of my issue very quickly. I already feel less irritation. I am very pleased with them and highly recommend their services.

I called to inquire about new patient availability and they were able to get me in the very next day. Appreciate the quick turnaround! Next day visit, my check in was at 8:00am and by 8:03am I was already being looked at! Within the hour, they were able to document and scan my teeth, come up with a dental plan, reviewed my insurance coverage, and set me up with three future appointments. This office is very efficient and super friendly. Would give them 6/5 stars if I could - thank you!

Love this office. From the front desk staff to the providers, everyone was kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They addressed my issue, set up a treatment plan, and put everything in motion to complete that plan. I feel very good about my treatment going forward.

Called to schedule an appointment for my daughter after a referral from her regular dentist and spoke to the office manager, who was a man, and he WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE! When scheduling an appointment, there should be kindness and more importantly respect. I would highly recommend the Morganton location instead. Both ladies were so nice and scheduled her appointment with kindness and compassion!

I'm a new client at Asheville Dental and my first visit was absolutely great. The staff is courteous, professional, and treated me with the utmost care. I'd especially like to highlight the fact that this clinic accepts community referral requests from the VA medical center. Most clinics won't because of the additional paperwork and low reimbursement rates from the VA. These providers are true patriots and love their veteran clients. I'm so thankful I found them and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a dental provider!

I had an amazing experience with Jill Laughter at Asheville Dental Associates. She is hands down the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. From the moment I sat down, Jill made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly thorough, gentle, and clearly takes pride in her work. She explained everything she was doing, gave helpful tips for improving my dental care, and made the entire visit feel easy instead of stressful. What really stood out was her personality—she’s friendly, engaging, and genuinely cares about her patients. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm, personal touch. If you’re going to Asheville Dental Associates, I highly recommend asking for Jill while you still can. She sets the standard for what a dental hygienist should be.

An amazing group of people! Always make you feel welcome, no long wait times and always considerate! Love Dr. Marino she never rushes and is always so kind! I can’t remember her hygienist name (even though she’s told me a million times, so sorry), but she is fantastic and you can tell she cares about her patients!
