I have a huge fear of the dentist and Smilecology has made me feel so comfortable! They have taken great care of my teeth and have fixed a lot of issues I’ve had. I’m super grateful for everyone there!

So very grateful for Dr.Phan and her team, especially Danielle the assistant! They take such good care of my entire family and they are very patient with my children!! You don’t get this kind of quality care anywhere else! Thank you all soooo very much from the bottom of my heart, you all are amazing!! I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dental office. I was overcharged $3,700, which didn’t seem right. When I questioned it, I was given multiple conflicting explanations—first that my insurance hadn’t paid, then that insurance checks hadn’t been cashed, and later that the payments were only for future work. After contacting my insurance directly, I was able to confirm that checks had already been issued, received, and cashed by the office. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the process turned into months of back-and-forth where I had to repeatedly prove that I was being overcharged. During this time, I was treated rudely, and the office manager, Celina, even made an inappropriate and offensive comment implying I had a mental learning disability. Eventually, after all the evidence was presented multiple times, they corrected the overcharge—but by then the damage was done. My implant was left incomplete, and I now have to go to another dentist to finish the work. This entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely avoidable. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle.Stay away from!! Most of the 5 star comments are because they give you a Starbucks gift card with review!

Celina, Ashley, and Dr. Phan are amazing. Ashley is incredibly kind and gentle, and she did a great job deep cleaning my teeth after years without a checkup. Celina set me up with an affordable payment plan that was very easy. I highly recommend this team. So happy with Smilecology

This practice has provided me with the best dental experience and care in my 52 years. Everyone has been fantastic to work with. Celina’s willingness to work with my financial situation is above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Everyone is friendly from the moment they greet you. Dr. Phan has been very patient and thoughtful explaining what options I have for my care. Melissa has been very pleasant to work with as well. I’m truly grateful that I found Smilecology.

Melissa was the best assistant ever. Handled me with ease and made sure I got everything I needed. Dr. Phan was amazing as well, to when she numbed and got my wisdom tooth out. I did not feel one thing. Highly recommend. Thank you Doc and Melissa
