Austin Park Dental

When I first started going here, they excepted my dental insurance. When the Dr. left, the new Dr. didn't, so I changed insurances. Now I have to change again because my new medicare isn't excepted. I refuse to go anywhere else. I absolutely love these people.

My husband had a dental emergency on a Saturday. He is a patient at Austin Park, so I attempted to call their emergency line 3 times in 24hrs. After the 3rd call, I didn't receive a call back, but a text stating "Emily, yes, received calls but unfortunately we are out of town until Thursday morning. We are unable to call in pain meds as well , if you are able to find someone Monday I would try and secure an appointment." This text would have been very helpful after the first voice-mail I left on the emergency line. Now I know that they received the messages, but didn't bother to help us and give us the guidance we were desperately needing. I never asked for pain meds because my husband had already gotten some from the emergency room (that he had to go to because we didn't know what else to do). I called another dentist's emergency line who called me back immediately on a Sunday and was able to see my husband in the office the next day. He had exposed nerve and infection from a broken molar. This would have only gotten worse if the dentist (who didn't know us at all and did not have to take in an emergency patient) hadn't helped us. This experience showed me that the dentists at Austin Park Dental does not care about their patients. If they did, they would have helped us in our time of need. We will not be back to their office and urge anyone reading this to seek a different office as well.

I’m a new patient and I love this office. I had a scheduled appointment a week away and I ran into massive pain before my scheduled date. They got me in just hours after my call. Extracted the tooth with little to no discomfort to me. Well the needle to the roof of the mouth sucks but what do you expect. I like this place so much I’ve been telling others about this place. Heck my wife is even going to start coming here because of my high praise. UPDATE ** Well went to my normal appointment I had scheduled the process of pulling some more teeth went great. For some reason I was gagging really bad from the bite block tool they use (can’t remember the actual name) so this dentist was so awesome he came up with something else and adapted to me so we could do the teeth pulling. 2 normal pulls and 2 surgical. I can’t say enough good things about this entire office. I was in pain later that day and they helped me with a prescription and because I was so impatient I had sent a message but then called a few minutes later. They called me on the next business day to check up with n me and let me know some info. How many dentists do this. Not many in my experience.

Yes, the receptionist is great, but alas she is not the dentist. I was a patient for well over twenty years here, but will never return. When I most recently was seen for reconstructive work the work was sent out to a lab and the finished result was misshapen. When I expressed my dislike I was ridiculed and insulted and told to 'take it back' myself. After this incident occurred and I sat in bewilderment of what step to take next, I was sent a 'refund' check of 8% that was paid with no note or reason. Yes, that is eight percent. Do not go to this dentist if you can see and have an opinion of any kind about how you look. I do not even recommend him for someone visually impaired. Do not go. I wasn't going to waste my time responding to your ridiculous reply, but it was SO distorted I felt compelled. If you were referring to the 3 days I was bedridden and unable to drive to your office for an appointment as "unwilling" then that only substantiates the issue that you 'care' for a patient's welfare. I had certainly 'communicated' that with you. Also, when I described my unhappiness with my new teeth and smile you replied "MY teeth are crooked and everyone likes MY teeth". You then stated how I could drive the 2 hours to the lab and gave me directions on where it was located. Luckily I called them to inquire about this and I was told they would not do anything without a SCRIPT from YOU and I would be wasting my time. I do hope no one will EVER be forced to experience what I had to go through. EVER.

I’m so grateful I met Dr.Lynn & Dr.Bruce. Having really bad dentist anxiety and needing to get my wisdom tooth remove they made the process easy, fast and pain free. He promise I won’t feel pain and just as promised the wisdom tooth was removed. Thank You Dr.Lynn & Dr.Bruce for making this one of my best dentist experience ever. This will be my new dentist and will recommended them to everyone needing dental work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was embarrassed to go to the dentist it had been so long. I put off fixing little problems until they became big problems. They were all so nice and reassuring when I went for my original consultation they made me want to take care of my issues and get back on track with my dental care. When I had my teeth pulled they were kind, explained every step and it was easy to stay calm and assured through the whole procedure. It was so much easier than I believed it would be!! Thank you everyone at Austin Dental!!

Staff is very friendly! Missi always has everything running smooth and the dentists are very knowledgeable! Great location and very clean office! They are the best at implants! They do awesome work and care about their patients!
