Ralston Pediatric Dentistry Belmont

Ralston Pediatric Dentistry is definitely not the closest pediatric dentist to our home, but we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We happily make the drive because Dr. Nadia and her entire staff are truly worth it. They’ve gone out of their way to help our son feel comfortable and are extremely patient when he’s making things difficult. The level of care, kindness, and attention they give makes every trip worthwhile!

Super attentive staff, very helpful listen to my needs and always ask to see how my daughter is if we have any questions and check in during any cleaning, or stuff they’re doing to her to make sure she is doing good and is comfortable. Really appreciate this office and thankful they always make us feel welcome

Dr. Nadia and staff are always so sweet, efficient, and do a wonderful job on my four children’s teeth. We have only had one cavity (my youngest - 6yr old) and it was a fast and painless experience to get it filled. I would absolutely recommend them as a pediatric dentist!

My son had his first dental appointment today, and overall the office staff was very kind and welcoming. The receptionist and other team members were friendly, and they made his first visit a positive experience. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I didn’t feel comfortable with the communication style of the dentist. I completely understand that first-time parents need education and guidance, and I appreciate receiving recommendations. However, I felt that the same points were repeated several times, even after I acknowledged and understood them. It came across as condescending rather than informative, and I left feeling like I was being talked down to instead of spoken with. I value preventive dental care and want what’s best for my child, but I also appreciate being treated with respect as a parent. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future families.

Dr. Nadia and her team are awesome. And very patience admist the screams and cries, you can see they are very worried about their little patients. With my own child they do their best to distract and make them feel comfortable.

Wonderful first appointment in this office for my 3yo. He'd been to UCSF peds dentistry earlier in his life and that location was more overwhelming in general. The waiting room is immediately interesting to a child, and all the staff are very warm. The hygienist was very conscious of how to work with a 3yo, explained all of her tools and gave him a lot of reassurance. Dr. Nadia was very friendly, answered all our questions, and was also very kind and reassuring to my son. He loved having the chance to use tokens to pick his post visit prize. So glad to have this location close to home for our son's ongoing dental care.
