Very friendly and caring crew. Explained procedure needing to be done and broke down cost for everything. Was very pleased and excited about moving forward. I love the care they took with my procedure. I can tell my confidence in myself is going to be amazing.

Very easy, friendly and accommodating from calling to make appointment and when arriving for appointment. Office staff quite knowledgeable and friendly, as well as dentist and assistant. The wait wasn’t long at all. Recommend to anyone who needs a dentist.

They take my new Medicare Advantage plan, that's amazing in itself. Hygienists always professional, perform excellent cleaning and examination, I like the new dentist, Dr Connell, and glad I can go there again, only 3 mi from my house.

My 6 year old daughter has had several cleanings, a tooth pulled, and a cavity filled here. The whole staff is great and has treated my daughter with gentle kindness. She has formed a special bond with the dental hygienist, Denise. Dr. Connell is wonderful too! I highly recommend Dental Care at Barrow Crossing!

The front office staff was warm, polite, and genuinely welcoming. My hygienist was incredibly gentle and clearly very knowledgeable about my situation—full upper and lower implants. She took her time educating me on how to properly floss around them, and I truly appreciated her patience and thoroughness. When the dentist came in, he was just as friendly and immediately put me at ease—even though he wasn’t the one who originally did my implants. He was well-versed, confident, and took the time to further educate me, which made me feel even more comfortable. I also requested a night guard, and I was impressed by how modern and up-to-date the office is with their technology. The staff member who completed my scan was kind, respectful, and made the experience even more enjoyable—we even ended up chatting about football, which definitely helped pass the time. If I had to sum up this office in one word, it would be FAMILY. And for someone like me—who usually approaches dental visits with a little hesitation—that’s saying everything.

I will never recommend this office to anyone. They recommended I schedule a crown with there office so I got on the books then two weeks prior canceled my appointment without speaking to me and then said they would refer me to a specialist that they never sent me the information for then when I called to ask the dentist where this came from she explained she didn’t feel confident enough to preform the work. Keep in mind I never had concerns about aesthetics. I have never had the worst customer service provided from a dentist and let’s not talk about the arguments of bills here as well.

Great experience at my dental office! The customer service was amazing from start to finish. My hygienist, Denisse, was very informative and explained every step, which made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was also very friendly and welcoming. I truly appreciate the great care and highly recommend this office!

Started care here about a year ago. Staff always make us feel welcome. With 2 doctors now at the practice, things seem to be busier but moving nicely. Dr. Connell performed a root canal for our son and we couldn't have been in the office for more than an hour. Very efficient and willing to answer my questions while offering options for care that worked with our current concerns and financial position. Staff are attentive and helpful. They accept certain insurance plans and have Care Credit available for those who need it. Parking lot is small and can fill quickly due to adjacent businesses. Minimal evening or weekend hours would be a bonus if offered!!
