Yellowstone Family Dental

I went to YellowstoneFamily Dental today. I was expecting the worse. But to my surprise I was treated like they knew me as if we were friends. When Dr Havens came in, he shook my hand. He let me tell him what I thought I wanted. Then he gave me idea's he had. Kattie and Mac were so understanding. I will be having my dental work done only there. If you have dentist nervous problems. Please give Yellowstone Family Dental a try. You won't regret it. Thank you M, Wilson

Do not let Dr. Havens perform procedures on your loved ones. He was so aggressive giving anesthetic injections to my wife that she was literally writhing in pain in the dental chair while he was giving the injections and he made no effort to acknowledge the pain and discomfort he was clearly causing or change his technique. Some of the anesthesia also went down my wife's throat during the injection procedure. My wife was left in tears and visibly shaken from the trauma he caused when he was finished. He also aggressively reached into my wife's lap and snatched her napkins she had brought with her out of her lap and threw them in the garbage with no explanation. A man aggressively reaching into a woman's lap is extremely unprofessional. When we asked him to apologize to my wife for the trauma he had caused when giving her the injections his response was "I have nothing to apologize for" and he then left the exam room. I do not recommend this dentist for anyone. We will not be returning to this dental practice. Update to Owner's Response: I accompanied my wife to this clinic and witnessed an incredibly unprofessional experience. The dentist administered numbing injections so aggressively that my wife was reduced to tears, which has never happened in her 25 years of dental visits. The dentist ignored her obvious pain, refused to adjust his technique, and later refused to apologize for the trauma caused. Furthermore, after the injections, he reached into my wife's lap without permission or explanation to snatch her personal tissues and throw them away so she couldn't wipe her tears. Management's response to our complaint was completely inaccurate, falsely claiming there was a language barrier and blaming the patient instead of taking accountability. Avoid this place if you expect gentle care and professional boundaries.

Just had to leave a review two people will know what this place is all about. Very unprofessional they lie about co-pays and bills ! When I went to get a scan for my jaw it was very uncomfortable, the doctors assistant asked me don't you want to see if you have cavities? Very degrading and she laughed. Please people do not go here they are horrible and they should be shut down, on top of I had to wait over a half hour after my scheduled appointment time

I just had a teeth cleaning today by Chanelle, and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. She was gentle yet thorough, and I could really feel the difference afterward—my teeth felt smooth, fresh, and noticeably cleaner.

I have always had anxiety over dental visits. My experience with everyone at Yellowstone Family Dental has been so positive that I no longer have any qualms at all. They are pain free, pleasant, and supportive. I highly recommend them.

The team at Yellowstone Dental are always welcoming and friendly, able to answer questions and are thorough in their practices. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for superior dental care!!!

Dr Moss, did a wonderful job and so did my Hygiene tech Rachel. They listened and did an excellent job. The front office staff and their supervisor Jen are horrible, argue with patients. Talk over them, argue in office.in front of other patients. Refuse to listen, dont listen to patients, when asked for a call back Jen the supposed supervisor/ office manager doesn't return calls. If you can't read in someone's chart no general anesthesia then why are you arguing and trying to push genera anesthesia on someone. Yes im a RMA and a CMA plus a pharmacy technician. I have a health issue where I can't have general anesthesia and Jen pushed the treatment on me plus a pre-op.appointment after refusing a oral medication they offered. I wouldn't recommend yellowstone family dental to anyone after how i was treated let alone let my daughters or other veterans go to their office. VETERANS beware they don't take community care.

Yellowstone Family Dental exceeded my expectations. I came in concerned about an implant done by another dentist—it didn’t feel quite right and had a noticeable gap. Dr. Moss and the team were incredibly informative and respectful throughout the entire visit. They clearly explained what was going on without ever speaking negatively about the previous work, which I truly appreciated. My hygienist, Amanda was very thorough & personable and there was no pain after doing a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Moss was also thorough and explained what was going on with my teeth and we came up with a treatment plan for a problem tooth. I couldn't be more happy with the friendly staff and the service I received.
