Prairie Rose Family Dentists North Office

I have had only routine dental cleanings, but had a great experience at the north clinic. I used to go to the south clinic and didn’t love it there. The 2 hygienists I had there almost had me in tears every time due to them cleaning my teeth aggressively; I thought this was just do to the new equipment but at the north clinic, I never had this issue and it wasn’t painful at all so I think it just was the hygienists I had. Also at the south clinic, my first time as a patient the dentist never even talked to me and just checked my teeth and left. At the north clinic, my dentist was friendly and tried to make a personal connection with me. I would recommend going to the north clinic over the south clinic, just make sure you book your appointments out early to be seen!

Broke a teeth earlier in the week. I was unable to get into my home office (Mandan) but they were able to get me in to see Dr. Ehrhardt at the Bismarck North Clinic. Due to a cancellation, I was able to get in this morning to get a crown. Everyone from from front office to assistant to dentist were great. Hope and Dr. Ehrhardt were so caring, explaining everything and gentle. Thank you!

First visit with Prairie Rose-North and Dr. Carlson. Totally impressed from the first exposure to the last. Front desk staff were friendly and informative. Dr. Carlson, dental tech Sara and her crew were friendly, informative, efficient. I am prone to anxiety during doctor visits, so I am grateful for the relief provided during this visit and look forward to my next six month visit.

The office staff were so helpful in getting my 4 and 5 year olds in quickly and at a time that worked well for our family. The dental hygienists are so kind, and super kid-friendly, which is great when kids feel hesitant about going to the dentist. Dr. Travis is joyful with the kids and great at explaining what he sees going on. I feel like a well-informed parent after each visit, and it is truly a team approach to maintaining good dental health!

I really like my hygienist and dentist and feel I get good care. As an established patient though, I am disappointed in the fact that it is 8-9 months between scheduled cleanings as they are too full to see you any sooner. Sadly I have contemplated changing providers for this very reason.

I would recommend this place to anyone. I recommend Dr. Tom Ehrhardt. He is so Calm, gentle, very kind Dr. Ehrhardt explains what he is doing, and very easy to talk to along with honest. His Hygienist Kaitlyn is very kind, friendly & also gentle she is the sweetest, feel like I've know her for years, we have super conversation's.I had a crown put on last week Tue, Dr Ehrhardt & Chelsey worked Fantabulous together to get it done. Chelsey explained exactly what they were gonna do & was very friendly & gentle as well. & che ked on me oftern which is comforting. The whole group makes you feel comfortable & relaxed, which we all need with our dentist appointments. I appreciate everyone I have dealt with. When I went to pay for my bill that day Tara at the desk went through the paper work and our insurance to the point with me, Tara has a wonderful personality. I should say everyone I have dealt with at Prairie Rose has a pleasant personality. So just saying I'm very satisfied. Thank-You to the whole group. Lori Siira 😁

We always have a quick, comfortable and (most important) FUN experience at PRFD North! Dr. Travis is amazing with kids and explaining their experience as he goes to them. During our recent appointment for some sealants for my son , the dental assistant walked him through the whole process and gave him an example on his finger nail of what would happen on his teeth. He thought it was pretty cool and talked about it all day.

We had a great experience at Dr. Travis’s office! Dr. Travis and his entire staff are super friendly and wonderful with my kids. They are very knowledgeable and always take the time to explain what they’re doing, which makes me feel comfortable and confident in their care. They are especially gentle and patient with the little ones, which I truly appreciate. I would highly recommend Dr. Travis and his team to anyone looking for a great family dentist!
