We have been loyal customers here for over 20 years. I had an appointment in middle of august. I called their office to see if I could change it. They told me they quit taking our insurance a month ago and that we would have to pay up front. We are locked into our dental insurance til the beginning of next year so I guess we won’t be going there anymore. They should at least either wait til beginning of the year to stop taking the insurance so we could change it or at least notify me that they stopped taking it. Not very professional and not a good way to treat loyal customers.

During my 6 month cleaning it was time for my X-ray and do to technical advancement the Dentist now uses 3D scanning of the patient’s teeth and my United Healthcare Medicare Advantage plan won’t pay for my dental care and refuse to pay for the scan that has been paid for once a year for over 30 years! These insurance companies must be reigned in with government oversight. When I asked my Dentist about it they said not to worry there would be no charge. I love my Dentist and her team of hygienist!💙

I highly recommend BFD. Both dentist's are extremely knowledgeable and gentle. The staff is very pleasant and it's got the kind of atmosphere you'd expect from a dentist office. I keep going back for the great service.

Our family has been going here for 15 years and have always been pleased with our quality of care. The new Dentists that have come on board since Dr Reavis retired are also excellent. However, we will miss Dr Reavis. He was a very to the point and honest dentist who never tried to push things on you that you didn’t need.

I had a great experience! And one that might of save me a lot of trouble with my knee replacement. I didn’t know I had to take meds for my knee before any dental procedures and if they hadn’t ask me before hand I could have been in trouble. Thanks for catching it for me! They also were able to catch some spots on my X-rays that were right below my jaw line that my Dr. needs to investigate. Thanks again!
