Cora is professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. She provided a thorough cleaning, answered all my questions and provided a comfortable service throughout the visit. The front desk staff were welcoming and provided similar professional and friendly service.

Erica (hygienist) is so gentle and thorough! Dr. R is so kind and excellent too! Been seeing them for years! Highly recommend!

I have not seen a dentist in a very long time. I have severe dental anxiety. I cannot say enough wonderful things about y’all. Everyone made me feel at ease from the second I walked in! Heather was AWESOME! She greeted me at the door, introduced me to everyone, and gave me a tour of the building before we even began the cleaning and X-rays. I was real impressed with all their technology and up to date devices. 10/10 would recommend!

This office is professional, kind and friendly. I had a dental emergency and the office staff were nothing but wonderful. Very helpful and they really listened. Dr Rashid is great. She listened, offered different options and worked with me to meet my needs. My husband and I are looking forward to being long term clients with this office. Update: I had a crown replaced and the Dr Rashid did a beautiful piece of work. I was comfortable and the crown works as promised. My husband has now seen the doctor and hygienist and was very happy with the treatment that he received. We are happy to give this office a full 5 stars.

I've been a patient at this practice for over 20 years, and I've seen it change hands several times. I'm very impressed by Dr. Rashid and her staff. They are very efficient and thorough, but they are also very friendly and make the patients feel comfortable. They offer the latest technology and equipment, but you don't have to worry about being talked into having unnecessary procedures done. I highly recommend this practice. I love the people there and am always confident that I'm receiving the best care available.

I brought my very wiggly 5 year old to Bourbonnais Family Dental and had a perfect experience. Daniella was AMAZING with him- she sat and talked with him for a couple of minutes before cleaning his teeth, went above and beyond to make him comfortable, and did some games to make it go faster for him (I.e. she “painted Sonic on his teeth”). Dr. Rashid was just as incredible- she was fast and efficient but was so fun and interactive with him. I so appreciate that they are making his first dental experiences extremely positive ones!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Office was immaculate. Everyone was super nice and seemed to be knowledgeable at their jobs. Prices are reasonable and they offer estimate for upcoming procedures so you can plan ahead.
