Burton Family Dental is very friendly and helpful! They got me in quickly, doing their best to meet the time constraints I was under. The dentist and assistant were very kind, thorough, gentle, and explained everything well. They are upfront about pricing and offered a care plan since we don't have dental coverage. We were impressed with our first visit and look forward to receiving dental care at this office.

I have been going there for years. Everyone treats you with respect. My hygienist is awesome and handles me with kid gloves because she knows I am a big baby. The doctor is great also.

I had my first appointment here today for a teeth cleaning, and I had a great experience. Everyone in the office was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I didn't have to wait long after I arrived, which I really appreciated. My hygienist was very attentive to my sensitive teeth and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit and will definitely be returning for my future cleanings. Highly recommend!

So far only been in for a cleaning and check up but this is the best dentist I've been to, and I've been to a lot. They were unbelievable nice, the hygienist Tiana was absolutely the sweetest I've ever worked with and the dentist himself was very understanding of my apprehensions and worked with me to get a plan laid out for my work that needed to be done. Absolutely love this dentist so far

I called for an emergency appointment from the time I had my first interaction with front desk was very impressed. Very informative of what to expect. Very smooth process. Once I showed up for the appointment knowing I was embarrassed with condition of my teeth and being I have been in dental field myself for years I know how important it is. I was excited I finally have dental insurance and I found the perfect office for quality of care. I had an extraction done everyone I came in contact with the dental assistant and dr made it such a wonderful experience. I love dental but not sitting in the chair as a patient anxiety. They walked me through everything very easy simple and it was a seamless extraction no discomfort at all from numbing to extraction great job. I found my dental office crazy to say can’t wait to get my full smile back.

I just got a filling done there, and it was probably the best experience I’ve had getting one yet. The numbing part usually makes my mouth sore but I haven’t experienced any pain from either my tooth or the injections! The only downside is it’s hard to get quick follow ups as they have so many patients. But they always tell you if they can get you in sooner!

My husband has been going here for years and they have been good to him. My first time going here was a great experience. Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable office. I highly recommend.

First time visiting today. I'm an extremely anxious person & currently going through on going health issues. I was very nervous & every single member of the staff, from the receptionists to the assistant to the doctor, were all incredible & went out of their way to make me feel safe & comfortable. I told them about my current health issues, the concerns I had about the issue I was seen for & what would come w the procedure I need to fix it. They listened & I felt heard. Feeling heard when dealing w any medical professional these days seems like a neverending battle for me. The patience of the team was incredibly comforting. Knowing they're in correspondence w my GP to make sure everything goes as well as possibly was a reassurance that I desperately needed. Thank you, BFD for your patience, kindness & reassurance

I was able to get a new patient appointment quickly. On the day of my appointment I sat in the waiting room maybe 5 minutes. I was told my appointment would take an hour, and I was done in 40 minutes. The Dr was thorough, and they had my provider set up for just a few days later. They also give referral bonuses. You get $25 for being referred, and the person that refers you gets $25z

Had my teeth cleaned Thursday afternoon. I don’t care for Dentist office. But I really like these people. My hygienist was awesome. And all the girls that helped out were all very nice. And checkout was very good and very helpful. Thank you so much. See you soon.

I get very nervous going to the dentist and this place was great! Kim was my hygienist. She was very gentle, informative, and kind. Dr. Charlie was my dentist. He was great too, explained my X-rays to me and what work I need done and why. The office staff was timely and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist in the Burton area.
