Great Lakes Family Dentistry

My wife and I enjoy our dental visits to Great Lakes Family Dentistry. Amy is very knowledgeable and a fabulous Dental Hygienist. They have a wonderful Dentist and staff there!

Absolutely love this practice! As a girlie who’s worked in dental, I’ve seen some ugly sides of it, and I can confidently say this is a practice I trust! The doctor is very honest and open, and will never do anything she doesn’t feel necessary. She’s saved my natural teeth when she could have chosen to do a crown. Which I prefer my natural teeth all day any day. My hygienist is the SWEETESSTTTTT. She’s so gentle handed and easy to talk to.

Great Lakes Family Dentistry has been our family dentist for over 30 years. The staff and doctors have always been very helpful, professional , and extremely pleasant. At my most recent visit, the staff was once again very helpful and Dr. Junn listened to me and took care of my problem very well. One of the staff members even called me after I got home to let me know more information about future treatment that I need. I highly recommend them.

Everyone at this dentist is awesome. Always very Pleasant they all seem so happy to help take care of your problem and needs and the dentist that is there now is spectacular

Dr. Jun is so nice and so thorough. Mary Ann is always so nice and my teeth feel great after my cleaning appointment. Highly recommend this office.

They did try to make things right. But the office policy change that has happened since the old doctor has retired is just not making me feel comfortable with this office anymore. I was okay with being able to go back with him today so he could get prepped for his fillings, but the fact that they still refuse to let me back there for his cleaning (except I am allowed back there when the doctor does their exam). Mind you the doctor is only in there for not even 2 minutes at the VERY end of the exam. So why can’t the parent stand in the corner while the hygienist is by the head of the child cleaning? You’re trying to still tell me that they would be in the way even then? And it’s a cleaning it’s not as anxiety filled as getting major work done on your teeth!! Yeah I don’t think we will be coming back here in September. This new doctor has ruined a practice that used to be very accommodating to families and has completely destroyed it 💯💯 if I could give a 0 star rating I would!! 👍🏻👍🏻 Was always super pleased with this place. Until today. When they failed to keep me informed of what was going on. They literally took my kid back (he’s 7), told me that they were getting X-rays first. Then they come out and say he’s sitting in a room back there waiting for Diana and she would be out in a bit. 45 minutes later and they tell me my kid is done!!???!!!! WTH???!!!??? Where was I? Why didn’t anyone come out and get me?? She just kept saying if she would have known she would have come and gotten me!! She also tried saying if I had concerns I could have talked to the front desk. Again WTH?!?! He is a minor I should be back in that room with him regardless! When I take him to his pediatrician they won’t even look at him unless I’m back there with him!!!! Shouldn’t the same be applied to a dentist office????? And how was I supposed to know what I was supposed to do when I was under the clear impression that his hygienist was going to come and get me!!!!! I don’t feel right about this in any way, shape or form. They asked if I wanted to talk to Doctor? I was like it’s not going to change the fact that I was still NOT in the room during his exam!!!!!!

What a nice office, Dr. Junn is great, super knowledgeable and did an awesome job of helping me out with my anxiety. I definitely recommend her and look forward to bringing my family here.
