I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gapud during my recent dental implant preparation, which included a bone graft and sinus lift. Dr. Gapud is an outstanding dentist who is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. From the start, he took the time to explain my treatment plan, what he would be doing during the procedure, and what to expect before, during, and after the treatment. His clear communication and calm, reassuring approach made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the entire staff is friendly, professional, and well-trained. Everyone made the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. What really stood out was the level of personal care. Knowing I didn’t want to miss the FIFA World Cup match, Dr. Gapud was kind enough to put the game on so I could listen while he worked. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made a long procedure much more enjoyable. This is, by far, the best treatment and overall experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I had dental cleaning and I have to say it was surprisingly relaxing. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort during the entire visit. The dental hygienist was pleasant and professional. The entire team was welcoming. It's refreshing to find a dental care that truly makes patients feel at ease.

Staff and dental professionals were polite, professional, punctual, knowledgeable and experienced. I went in for x-rays and oral cleaning. Appointments are easily booked and reminders are available. Establishment is clean and cozy , parking is reliable and insurance covers everything. Out of pocket expenses are affordable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. The Hygentist was my issue...she examined my mouth and was pulling my bottom lip a few times. I've never had that happen before and there was gospel music playing from the TV in the exam room during my xrays and exam by the hygienist & she was singing and humming. Don't get me wrong, I like gospel music but I was already nervous about my appt because it's been a minute and again I've never had gospel music played at the dentist. She also didn't explain what she was doing or going to do next. Left me guessing & asking questions. She was very nice & friendly. Maybe I have to relax more and bring headphones for my cleaning. The dentist Dr. G is great!

I had a great experience at Smile Loft! The staff are incredibly caring, professional, and genuinely kind—they really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I recommend getting a second opinion. While this is a good dental office, I did feel that some of the treatment recommendations were a bit excessive and overpriced. After my visit, I was given a very elaborate treatment plan that didn’t sit right with me. The staff is generally friendly, although the front desk can sometimes come across as a bit unwelcoming. Overall, the experience wasn’t bad, but I would advise not immediately agreeing to everything that’s suggested. I decided to see another dentist and received a very similar treatment plan at a fraction of the cost. They also identified a few things that weren’t mentioned here, which made me feel more confident in moving forward elsewhere.
