There’s unfortunately no other way to put it. These people royally screwed my teeth up. Never go here. They ignored basically the whole right side of my mouth and just butchered the left if you were facing me. They did everything they could to accommodate and make me comfortable however I came in with normal teeth wanted my wisdom teeth examined and they said I needed some fillings and proceeded to drill my teeth down to basically nothing I have no points and my bite is basically weakened to almost useless. My teeth ache because how much they took off for whatever reason…. I had another dentist who said my wisdom teeth will come in fine and that my teeth were pretty well off so I can’t understand why they massacred my teeth. Will be having another dentist do what they can to fix the work but seriously never come here!!!!!!!

I have been coming here for awhile now and absolutely love the staff and how friendly they are with patients! I was in yesterday and today. My insurance is lapsing at the end of the month, so they squeezed me in on an extremely busy day to exhaust all efforts and ensure they could do everything before I no longer have insurance. I am eager to get back! It’s also nice to see the same staff each visit and remain with the same dentist, who flawlessly and efficiently does work each time. Six fillings later made for a sore mouth, but pretty teeth!

Dr. Dohar and staff are amazing! Yes, sometimes there is a wait longer than expected, but they are very personable, precise, and patient. They take time to know the patient they are working with. Today, I cried happy tears because after a couple of years with pushbacks from insurance and personal issues, my Husband can finally smile with confidence! I just want to say Thank You, from the bottom of my heart for making my Husband smile again.

Honestly if I could leave a zero star review I would. The front desk person was very rude. I had made appointment for my son, and we were told what to bring. Gave the information to the front desk and she's like well that's not what I need, I said well that's what we were told to bring. And she was like well he can't be seen. So I ended up wasting my time going to this appointment, and having to cancel it because I was told the wrong information. So i told her that she needs make sure the call center is giving out the correct information. So people don't waste their time. And then she got rude and said it was not her fault the call center gave me bad information, but she did not have to be so rude about it. I will definitely not be coming back to this place ever again

I hate going to the dentist, but this place has made my experience so much better. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness. From the receptionist, the dentist,xray tech,and the manager all of them show so much compassion,empathy and kindness. They make sure you understand everything that's going on. They went above & beyond to get me the services I needed. My anxiety was calmed down because of how they handle their patients. I am very satisfied with the care I received at BrightNow of Medina.

Was a first visit for a pre-op to one of the specialists. Contact and referral send in initially was great over the phone and email. Once there are first they indicated they needed everything I had already sent in saying if emailed to main office or someone not on duty could be a problem, then it was found. Brought back to the room and everyone was kind and very nice. Place itself needed some cleaning and a paint job to freshen up but all in all a good place and lovely people.
