Today was my first time at Addison Dental Group. I was very nervous, as I hadn't had good experiences in the past and had gone a long time without seeing a dentist, though I had been suffering from pain when eating or drinking. Coming here was the best decision; the care and professionalism of the entire team made me feel at ease. They have all the latest technology and examined me thoroughly. I’m completely ready for my next visit—I’m so glad I found them😊

I came here to get my wisdom tooth looked at after a bad first-time experience with another dentist. They were leagues above the dentist I went to before-- I'd recommend this practice to anyone in the area based off of the one interaction I had with them. The wait time was less than 5 minutes and completely seamless-- no long forms to fill out over and over, and they had already verified my insurance by the time I came in. Firstly, my dentist and his assistant were very kind, sympathetic, and polite-- really great people. During the examination, he made sure to take his time to diagnose the issue, and explained it to me in a way that was comprehensive yet easily to understand. He explained my options for treatment well, and made sure to answer my questions thoroughly and honestly. Definitely coming back, this level of care is rare nowadays!

Dr. Chau is the best dentist and staff is great too! I’ll just share my last appointment experience. I went in for an extra appointment to get checked out for pain in a tooth. I was seen promptly and the consult took under a hour, including x-rays. Dr. Chau took the time to explain what was going on, what my options were for fixing, and answered all my questions for how to try to prevent more damage going forward. Afterward staff came to explain the cost for actually fixing my tooth when I schedule that appointment. Everyone here I’ve met is knowledgeable, helpful and personable!

I had an excellent experience at Addison Dental Group. I have visited the clinic twice, and both times I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team. The doctor was very kind, helpful, and caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. The quality of care was outstanding, and the fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend Addison Dental! I usually dread going to the dentist, but a colleague recommended them, and it’s been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Their up-to-date, modern equipment makes everything smooth and efficient which puts my anxiety at ease. They tell you exactly what things will cost upfront with absolutely no hidden fees. The office is bright and welcoming, and the entire experience is top-notch.

This is the first dentist that I almost look forward to visiting every time I go, which is truly high praise as i don't enjoy the "clean teeth" feeling. Everyone is wonderfully nice, the office is clean and efficient, and they are up to date with the latest tech. The dental hygienists are so kind and gentle when they clean your teeth and they are also gentle in their feedback on one's cleaning routine. Dr Chau and Dr Kou have both seen me over the past ~3 years and they take their time to explain my teeth scans and make me feel comfortable if I ever have any questions. I drive 30 minutes to keep coming back to this dentist because of their consistency in kindness, care for their patients, and the fact that they never push me to get any extra procedures.
