Brookside Dental Care

I had an initial consultation to make a plan to get some dental work done that my regular dentist doesn't do. They made me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly. We put a plan in place and they showed me the cost. The treatment plan and estimate was easy to understand.

Dr. C, Nev & the entire team at Brookside are incredible! I have a lot of previous dental trauma & was super anxious about an appointment. The team put me at ease from the beginning & took my anxiety seriously. Nev is a Rockstar, she genuinely helped make me feel so much less anxious. They were very communicative, as well as answered all my questions. They are up front about pricing and gave me options for future appointments. I can't say enough good things about Brookside. My appointment was quick too. I have definitely found my new dentist.

Today, I was in so much pain and seeded a tooth extracted. Went to Brookside Dental and was sure glad I choose them. They made me feel Comfortable and took care of my problem with Kindness, Concern, and Professionalism. Thank you Dr. C. I Would definitely recommend this Dental Office and Dentist 💯 %..

This place is a must go to! From the front desk to the assistant to Dr. C. I can’t say enough about them! They got me in quick, fixed me up with an extraction and was on my way in less than an hour! If you hate the dentist, they make you feel very comfortable! Will be making my husband go as well!

I have had 3 crowns done and a cleaning at Brookside Dental. The Dr. and staff are so caring and personable. Dr. C. Did an amazing job on my front crowns and I have had a lot of compliments on them. My back crown also looks great and the fit and bite are perfect!! I would highly recommend Brookside Dental to anyone in need of a Fantastic Dental Team!!

Front desk guy with black hair is absolutely clueless. Billing lady was very rude rude rude! Dr. C came off as cocky. Did not take time to communicate important details of my treatment with me. I felt like cattle getting shuffled through the office. I would not recommend going here. Give your money to someone who values you as their patient instead. EDIT: Response to "owner's" comment. Of course you are going to say those individuals are good at their jobs. But you aren't a customer or patient having to deal with them. Different experience completely. I don't appreciate the false accusation of using a fake name account. Sydney is my middle name. It's sad that you have to make up lies and attack those who shared a bad experience at your establishment instead of accepting the reviews and vowing to address the patients concerns. I see that is a standard practice for you - making false accusations against those leaving reviews that aren't stellar. Very disappointing. Do better!

- The building and dental office are not handicapped friendly. - I had an appointment set in advance, traveled in from out of town for it, just to find they had cancelled it. They never notified me and showed they didn't care of the inconvenience it caused me. I never even received an apology. - The front desk guy doesn't know what he is doing. He gives out incorrect information and has trouble even pulling up patient accounts. - Their billing/office manager is absolutely horrible. It took me 45 minutes of fighting with her to get my preset insurance rates applied to my account instead of their full price - a difference of $1700. If I hadn't questioned and fought for it, I would have been overcharged considerably. Most people don't know how to check these prices before going in. - The nitrous oxide they gave did not work for me at all and Dr C lost patience with me because of it. Even though it didn't work, I was still charged $100 for it. - Doctor C had almost no bedside manner, did not communicate effectively and scheduled expensive work that was actually not required without discussing it with me first. - I asked Dr. C to repair or smooth down a few chipped teeth and he refused to do it. The only good thing there was a Dental Assistant by the name of Neve. Neve gets the star in this review. Go anywhere else but here, especially because it might cost you hundreds or thousands more than it should.

Brookside Dental has been amazing! They have taken such great care of me and helped me get started on my long journey to get the perfect smile. Dr. C and kenzie are amazing. I have been to many dentists here in Cheyenne and this place has to be my favorite out of the 5 others ive been too. I'm so lucky I found this place!
