Everyone there is cordial as could be. I'm a blue collar guy walking in with dirty work clothes on and Ive been treated better than I'd ask to be. Dr. Ott and Kylie did a great job filling/rebuilding my tooth after a place in Covington wanted to extract or root canal. The tooth they fixed up is one of my top front 4. Bet nobody can even tell which one it was.

Dr Ott and staff are incredible. We drive from Cleveland to get their care. The office is immaculate. The front desk staff are so nice and quick. All of the hygienists that we have seen have been wonderful. Audra, who cleans the internments, was so sweet and thoughtful. Dr Ott is a joy to be around- she loves her job and her staff and patients and the office has her sweet personality.

I unfortunately chipped one of my teeth at 39 weeks pregnant & was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed promptly. The staff put me on a waitlist & called about a mid-morning appointment slot that I was able to go to. I had my tooth fixed in no time! Dr. Dowty and his assistant Jade were very personable and talked me through every step of the repair process. I so appreciate Cornerstone Dental Group’s willingness to accommodate me last minute and for their kindness & professionalism!

I have been taking my family here for years. Very clean facility. We love Dr. Ott. She is very personable, gentle, proactive and the staff does a great job. I haven’t had a bad assistant. They have me in and out to go about my day and I always enjoy my experience with them. Highly recommended.

Thorough and consistently great work. Nicole (hygienist) is super amazing! She's really nice, extremely knowledgeable, and has a gentle touch. I need more dental work than many people, and i feel great after my last visit. Although I work with the hygienists more, Dr. Ott is a good dentist as well. Everyone explains things throughout the process, and includes me in the plans. The front desk people are also quite nice.

The last time I had gone to the dentist was 5 years ago. Before that, I went every 6 months for most of my life. But, the last time was very painful and I just couldn’t go back. Finally, after 5 years I decided to try again. My sister told me about Cornerstone Dental and how much she liked them. So, I called and told them I was very nervous about how painful my last appointment had been. The receptionist was very sweet and took down all my information. When I got there, Nicole was my hygienist. She was wonderful. She listened to me and suggested we numb my gums (which I didn’t know could be done) with a gel. It tasted awful, but it did the job as I had little to no pain. She was able to get everything done and I will continue to go back for future cleanings twice a year and anything else that’s needed.

My previous appointments have been great and I have no issue or complaint with the services provided. My complaint is with their policy and how it was handled. I attempted to attend my routine appointment that I had scheduled 6 months ago. When I arrived at the office I was told I no longer had an appointment because they canceled it. They advised that my spouse's unpaid bill from over 3 months ago also affects my account and ability to make and attend appointments.I was told even if the bill was paid today I still would not be able to attend the appointment. I was unaware of this policy and can respect it. However if their bill affects my account I should have been notified. I'm also the insurance guarantor anyway. I received zero communication about their bill, no emails, phone calls, voicemails, texts, or letters. I also didn't receive any communication my appointment had been canceled. I'm very frustrated with the situation and will follow up on getting the bill paid now that I know about it.
