MK Dental Excellence – Dentist Cincinnati

I had a positive experience. I was being seen for a painful tooth - which of course was no longer bothering me at appointment time. I called on a Friday, due to pain and they were able to get me in on Monday. I was seen for an exam and X-rays. The X-rays were completed and I then saw Dr. K. She explained what she saw on the X-rays and then explained what she thought was my best option for treatment. I expressed my concerns about the financial obligations involved. Dr. K took her time with me to explore adjustments in treatment options and a schedule that might be best for me. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision and left the office to think about the situation. Dr. K and her staff were great. I would recommend seeing her.

I’ve been going to MK Dental in Montgomery for 6 years now and I’ve always had a comfortable experience. Of course the premises is pristine, the staff always friendly and attentive. Dr. Kejriwal has improved my smile significantly. She takes the time to help me consider all my options and provides important insight. Highly recommended!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist but this time was different. The entire staff was super friendly (special shout out to Mira). They were informative about my options and patient with me during the procedure. Thanks for making things quick and easy!

Great experience. Got in at the last min, literally same day with excellent care. Staff were welcoming and professional. Everything was explained in great detail. Definitely recommend MK for anyone looking for dental care

TMJ treatment was amazing. Staff is friendly. I always get in so quickly. I’ve been seeing Dr K since I was a kid. Dr A at the office is amazing too. He is great with my children and he always makes me feel at ease.

Very disappointing experience at MK Dental Services, 8784 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45236. My appointment was for 3:30 PM, I arrived at 3:00 PM, filled out my forms, and still was not seen until after 4:00 PM. The assistant was rough and unprofessional, and I came home with bruises in my mouth. I get regular cleanings and have never experienced anything like this before. The suction tool was handled so roughly it hit my teeth. What made it worse was the lack of communication. Staff disappeared without explaining what was happening, then another person came in to polish my teeth with no context. The whole visit felt painful, disorganized, and unprofessional. I left extremely disappointed.

It was not even clear who he was, and I had to ask whether he was the doctor or the dental assistant. During the cleaning, he was extremely rough. I get regular dental cleanings and have had X-rays many times before, but I have never experienced anything like this. I came home with bruises in my mouth. Even the suction tool was used so roughly that it hit my teeth. What made the experience worse was the lack of communication. After the initial part of the cleaning, the staff disappeared without explaining anything. Then another woman came in and said she was there to polish my teeth, with no explanation at all. If multiple people are involved in a patient’s care, that should be clearly communicated. Instead, the whole experience felt disorganized and careless. There was no reassurance, no professionalism, and no effort to make sure I was okay. I drove 20 minutes for this appointment and left feeling upset, disappointed, and poorly treated. This was one of the worst dental experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this office.

Great dental Team! Dr. Manju is a fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable dentist. Likewise everyone in the office. I was given appropriate explanations before the exam and treatment. On time appointment and competitive rate. Modern equipment and well located building. I highly recommend this group of devoted and courteous professionals. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to Dr. Manju and her Team!

I liked going here for a long time but after getting barked at by a cleaning tech about politics while at her mercy it got weird there when I complained. She also hadn’t been cleaning her tools well being an anti-vaxxer and I got an infection so… there’s that. There was other personal weirdness that I won’t get into but it wasn’t a professional situation. Seems I kept getting put in awkward situations one after the other as if they were far too comfortable with me. Everything changed when I complained about the problem with the tech and nothing was ever the same. Suddenly they don’t take my insurance plan and I took that as my sign to find another dentist and stop the weirdness. I like the dentist. The rest was just unprofessional to me and way too personal.
