Sandy did my cleaning and she is very caring, gentle, and professional. She checked me for gum health which I never had done before and answered all my questions. I met the new dentist, Dr Desai who is taking over for Dr Jose. He fully explained my care plan and answered all my questions as well. I think my teeth are in good hands and I recommend the practice.

Absolutely outstanding experience at this Clearwater dental office! I had never had my teeth scanned in 3D before—completely painless, and now they have a detailed record of my teeth and jaw, which is really impressive. The office uses very advanced technology, and the exam was incredibly thorough with clear explanations every step of the way. Dr. Desai is gentle, professional, and respectful of your time—there were no long wait times at all. I’ve honestly never had smoother fillings; they were quick, efficient, and done in about 10 minutes. The entire team is so kind, friendly, and welcoming. I felt completely at ease from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist in Clearwater!

I've been a patient at Clearwater Dentistry since 2018, they have had several changes over these years but I was always treated very well. The newest Dentist Dr Desai is very good and does an excellent job showing you as well as explaining everything he's doing. With today's technology they can actually show you the work there doing with a camera on a TV and show you any potential issues to be aware of. My only complaint is the constant turnover in Hygenist as I've seen no less than 8 different Hygienists over the years with some being very good and others not so much. My last visit she was very good. Sadly over the decades I've had lots of dental work done at multiple offices in 3 different states and This office does a good job on everything from extractions to Root canals, Crowns and partials and or dentures.

As someone who has always had a bad experience at the dentist, I can’t speak highly enough about this place. Dr. Desai is gentle in both his manners with his patients, but also in treatment. Carolyn makes you feel like she genuinely cares about every last tooth in your mouth and she’s so kind. The front desk women are equally funny as they are helpful. The entire practice deserves five stars.

I’ve had negative experiences with dentists in the past, so I was nervous, but they were very gentle, patient, and reassuring. Initially chose this practice based on reviews as we were looking for a new dentist. Learned the day before the appt that the practice was sold last November and it was a new dentist that owned it. Still kept the appt. First red flags should have been the numerous back and forth questions between office and call center. They req insurance over and over. Then said they never got X-rays that were emailed. They went to spam, but after 2 weeks I had to tell them to check spam. Ok, so we go to the appt. If you are looking to be given treatments outside of what insurance covers AND given treatment plan that is way out of normal dentistry then this office is for you. We had the treatment plan for our dentist of 12 years for our two kids to go off of. We walked out of the appt after only one. Child was seen and cancelled the upcoming appt for a cleaning. Went to another dentist this am, they were wonderful and friendly. And guess what. They said the same as our initial dentist for treatment plan. It is VERY important to make sure you are going to a dentist that has your well being in mind. Not the money. And the office staff is not friendly as all. I filled out the online paperwork. And then was asked to blind sign an X on a pad saying I did the paperwork online. She wouldn’t let me see what I was signed off on. Yet another red flag. Make sure you read ALL the small print and see what you are signing with this office.

My first time experience with Clearwater Dentistry was wonderful! They do a fantastic job of explaining in detail all your needs so you can make well informed decisions for your oral health. I especially want to thank Carolyn for making the difference. She was so attentive and gentle and answered all my questions thoroughly. She was also so friendly and personable. I enjoyed having her so much that I scheduled my 6 month follow up to align with her work schedule! Thank you for making it a smooth experience, Carolyn! See you in 6 months!
