Ideal Dental Coral Springs

It was a pleasure to see a team like Ideal from the staff when you walk , Doctor Coussa amazing ,Barbara and Dianna were wonderful, someone like me who has anxiety with dentists . I was so comfortable and calm ,Doctor Coussa was amazing all at Ideal are the best!!!🥰

I used to go to Dr. Coussa when he was in Aventura. When he told me he was relocating in Coral Springs, it was bittersweet because at the time. I was not in a position to go that far. Fast forward to about maybe 8-10 years later My current dental office, I wasn't feeling like I was getting the best treatment however I google Dr Coussa and noticed he still was in coral springs but my situation is different now. So I made an appointment online spoke with a rep over the phone. Very nice and attentive to my concern. I made it to my appointment. My concerns were addressed spot on and on my road to continued success with my teeth. I feel like the weight is lifted off my shoulder because I felt heard. Dr. Coussa is amazing I seriously mean that. Wherever he go that's where I'll be. All the staff are amazing as well. From the receptionist to the hygienist.

During my life time I have always had an over surmountable fear of any dentist. That is until I met Dr. Casner. She is just an amazing dentist who actually listens to you to see what is the best cost efficient treatment for you. She is kind, caring, funny and simply the best dentist I have ever seen.

First visit and was very impressed. Had my teeth clean and the dental assistant was very thorough and let me know exactly what she observed. I have a crack tooth and will have a cap installed in the next couple of weeks. The ladies at the counter explained what my insurance would cover and what out of pocket expenses would be. If INFINITY had a number then that’s what I would rate Ideal Dental!!! IF they moved out of state then I would travel to my appointments, WITHOUT HESITATION! I have been a patient of Dr. Coussa for many MANY years, and will always be!! He is BEYOND experienced and knowledgeable, combined with also being compassionate and KIND!!! Someone like this creates an environment for his staff to be the same! EVERYONE I have encountered here is extremely courteous, helpful and does not hesitate to address your concerns (good or bad)! The facilities are extremely CLEAN and the equipment is modern and high tech! I’m a patient for LIFE!

Clean office and the dentists and assistants were very kind and informative. They went over my dental concerns with me in a caring manner and answered all questions. I walked out with my teeth feeling squeaky clean.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Coussa and his team for years. They have always made us feel very welcome to the office. It is a comfort to me, as a mom, to know that I have a place to have my now adult children, go to and trust they are being well cared for. They treat us as people, not just a number. I love how clean the office is. You also see, when you go in, that they have technology that has made it better for us as patient’s. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing great dental care!
