Dr Heim and her hygienists are great; they explain everything that needs to be done in detail. Amanda was very friendly, professional and courteous and did a very good job with cleaning my teeth.

Another great experience at Madison Family Dental! Taylor as always is very efficient, kind and professional. My cleaning went by very fast. Dr. Wirtz is also very kind, efficient and professional. I feel that I am always treated with dignity and respect at each visit.

i went in with an emergency and they got me in right away and referred me to an oral surgery place asap so i could get my tooth extracted. both ladies i saw were so nice and because i was in pain she held the Xray thing for me herself so i didn't have to bite hard down on it. i plan on leaving my old dentist and coming here because they were so excellent. thank you Dr. McCombs!!!

I was extremely pleased with my experience yesterday. All staff was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. My hip disability was acknowledged and treated empatheticly regarding seating etc. Dr Challenger followed up with my oncologist before beginning procedures and treatments which gave me confidence in his expertise. Scheduling in regard to upcoming surgery was understood and planned smoothly. Everything was clean. I felt respected and in good hands.
