Terrible office they make up issues that aren't true that they say you need Dr Fay said I need a 400 dollar teeth guard because I grind my teeth that's so funny He knew that wasn't true.NOT TRUE !!! That's funny PLUS MANY OTHER ITEMS THEY MAKE UP Your office should be selling cars your just sales people only way to get more money from patients and they all know that it's all made up fabrication bad bad bad ashame. You should go into sales ,try being honest....

It was nice visiting this facility. I was fortunate to have Nurse Stephanie B and she was so professional and friendly. I had her 3 times this year for my cleaning and trust me she was so so good. Very respectful, friendly and professional. Thank you for your service.

Great first visit! All staff were outstanding and my hygienist (Dee) was the BEST! A true pleasant experience. While Dr Fay, was the best Dentist I have ever been too!!! He listened to my concerns and took the extra steps "above and beyond" to address them! I highly recommend this practice to anyone adults and/or children. Thank you very much, I'll be back!

Today my husband and I had our 6 month follow-up at Dr. Fay’s office. The staff at the front desk were as welcoming and professional as always. Dee, the Dental Hygienist, was pleasant, efficient and did an exceptional job! Dawn, upon check out, scheduled our next follow up appointment with ease and with a smile. Dr. Moeller provided information that made decision making about our next steps in our dental care comprehensive. It is so comforting to know that there is a Dentist in DE that put all your anxieties about Dentistry at ease with professional and caring staff! Thank you for all you do! Very professional and pleasant staff. Appointment stayed on time. I was greeted upon entry. The hygienist explained every step and checked in with me periodically while cleaning my teeth. Thankfully I did not have to engage in small talk, where it’s been expected at other dentist’s office. The dentist explained what to watch for if a condition worsened. I felt seen, respected, and properly treated. I highly recommend this office!

5 stars isn't enough. Wish I could give more . Dr Fay is a rock star . I've had several different dentists over the years but Dr Fay is the best in his profession. My hygienist, Stephanie is awesome. She's very thorough and has a gentle touch. Great personality too. The ladies at the front desk are very nice also. I've been going there for close to 5 years after my friend recommended Dr Fay . Best advice i've ever had. I always look forward to my visits.

I had a wonderful experience at the dental office of Dr. Fay and Dr. Moeller. The staff is so friendly, polite and professional. I am terrified of the dentist from childhood experiences. However , both times I’ve been to this office was a pleasant experience. It is a beautiful clean well kept environment. I had full mouth X-rays, cleaning, and examination. Everything went smoothly. No waiting time and everything was explained fully about what the next steps would be. I would recommend this office to all who are looking for a dentist.
