Dr Michael Caldwell did my dental implants through a veteran community care consultation. I must say my experience was amazing. He is so knowledgeable and patient. My review was for Dr. Caldwell. For some reason his name was spelled wrong on my last review. He was really pleasant and professional. He is the best dentist I have had in a long time.

Quick, courteous, and professional staff for my x-rays and cleaning. They were also able to reschedule me for the same week when my insurance had a hiccup and I could not utilize my original appointment day and time. Highly recommend if you need your teeth cleaned! If you are a veteran and utilizing the VA for community dental care, ask for this facility, you will not be disappointed!

I always have a great experience with Family Dental Health. I had a tooth pulled 7/15/26 Kasey, the dental hygienist, was wonderful, explained every step, and gave clear after care instructions. Dr. Rice was so nice also, explaining everything as it happened. I definitely recommend this dentist office.

Receptionist was super friendly and kind and the dental hygienist was extremely courteous too. The dentist is a true professional and all around a great place to go. Helped me deal with the difficult situation and made me feel at home. I’m glad I’ve found my new Dentist.

First time here and I was surprisingly pleased! I’m always anxious when visiting the dentist, and since this dentist was new to me - I needed to find a new one - I was a little more apprehensive at first. I was there because I needed to have a filling that had broken off, repaired. However, my anxiety was put to ease when checking in as the front office staff was very pleasant and the kindness of the dental assistant as she got me settled in a treatment room made me feel very comfortable. I saw Dr. Caldwell and he was phenomenal. His “chair side” manner and the way he explained things made me feel at such ease. He quickly got me numbed up and repaired my filling in no time. He made sure I was in no pain during the whole process and got me on my way in no time. Once I was headed to check, out I was already planning on making Dr. Caldwell my new dentist. I paid for my procedure and while making my appointment for my cleaning, they had an opening while I was there and quickly fit me in right then. This process also went very well. My hygienist was super nice, very thorough and efficient. I highly recommend Family Dental Health! Dr. Caldwell and his entire staff were wonderful!!

Got me in the same day. Dr Rice and Lori were excellent - very professional but also nice and friendly. Check out was fast and easy. Highly recommend!! I don't usually do reviews and when I do, I very rarely give 5 stars. Excellent experience.

Vicky here leaving this review on behalf of my husband. He had a great experience with this dentist office. He went in for a cleaning and x-rays. I initially called a spoke with a very friendly staff member that was informative and explained their prices and services thoroughly. She made a great first impression. It's a nice clean office and he got in quickly and on time for his first appt. Bethany the dental hygienist was excellent and did a great job cleaning his teeth. Very professional and friendly. Dr Moss was equally great and my husband was very happy with him as well. My senior Mother and I both intend to use this practice in the future and highly recommend them if you're looking for a new dental practice. Thank you! Update- Just visited again with my senior mother Catherine Thorne. They were WONDERFUL with Mom and so welcoming, professional and thorough. Every single person there is so friendly and kind. They explained all of Mom's options to repair a broken tooth and got us in quickly. Thrilled we found them through a Google search and highly recommend this practice. Thanks again!!
