My appointment was the end of July, and I had a 2:00 pm. The young woman came and was friendly and took me back. She asked me if I had any concerns with anything and made me feel comfortable. I saw Dr. Gorman and he checked me out and was happy with x-rays and everything else.

Everyone was very warm and friendly and understanding when I had questions about the additional tests and cost of the visit. I decided to change my dental practice to them as was very impressed with Dr.Betts expertise and honesty with her diagnosis and recommendations. Lorraine Conary

I am so happy I decided to go with Invisalign here! My son just got done with his treatment and his teeth look amazing! Integrative is our primary dental provider and we already loved our routine care with them, so when we found out they could also help with straightening his teeth we didn’t hesitate. The staff kept his appointments quick and efficient. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking to straighten their teeth or any other dental care!

I have been a patient at Integrative Dental since 2023, and I have always paid my balance in full after each appointment. That is why I was shocked when, in 2025, my daughter and I suddenly received a bill about $2k that we had never been informed about. When I requested an itemized statement, I discovered that one of my payments had not been applied correctly. The office then sent a corrected statement, but the balance changed from the first statement and still showed that I owed $1,703.60. This raised serious concerns about the accuracy of their billing, as two different statements contained different information. My family has excellent federal employee health insurance, so I began investigating further. I later learned that some insurance claims had been denied because they were not handled correctly and the deadline to resubmit the claims had passed. Instead of resolving the issue with the insurance company, the remaining balance was transferred to us as patients. As a patient, I should not be responsible for charges that resulted from billing errors or missed filing deadlines by the dental office. The lack of communication, inaccurate statements, and unexpected balance have been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has left us with very little confidence in the office's billing practices. I encourage other patients to carefully review their statements and insurance claims to ensure they are being handled properly.

This is the best dentist office I've ever been to! Once I started coming here, the dentist anxiety completely stopped. The front desk, hygienists, and dentists are all so pleasant and make little connections with you while you're in the office that make you feel like you're just hanging out with a friend! The office is beautiful and clean and the private rooms are a huge plus to me. I have seen both Dr. Betts and Dr. Gorman now, and they're both great! The hygienists Laurice, Giovanna and Jennifer are also amazing. I recently moved to PA but will make the drive to be able to keep coming here.

Recently moved to the area and found IDW when looking for a dentist for my family. They are AMAZING! The office is beautiful, spacious, clean and inviting. The staff, hygienists and dentists are all so warm and friendly. I was immediately assured that they cared about my dental health and my family’s. Every interaction with the entire team has been great! Appointments don’t feel rushed like they are trying to get you out of the door. Costs and insurance coverage are clearly discussed to avoid any surprise bills. They literally sent us cards welcoming our family to their practice!! Who does that? People that care. If you’re looking for a dentist, you’ve found one!

We’ve been patients of Dr Betts for about a year and only have good things to say about the practice. Dr Betts is very professional and takes her time to explain things clearly, she’s also approachable and puts her patients at ease. My daughter is not scared of going to the dentist anymore. I’ve also had a really good experience with both Sam and Lorice who are kind, competent and patient. The front desk is always welcoming and helpful, which makes every visit easy. The entire practice has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
