Jackie is such a hardworking dental hygienist. She always does a great job and pays attention to every little detail. She is very gentle and makes me feel calm, comfortable and relaxed throughout my appointment. I truly appreciate her care and professionalism.

I was recommended by a friend with my same insurance. She spoke highly of the services here, so I came for my first appointment! I had scans and xrays done, met with the dentist, and a deeper cleaning with the hygienist. Everyone here is so kind and warm! Making an appointment was easy, they reach out via phone call and text, which I appreciated. I saw Dr. Park and he was welcoming, friendly, and personable! His website bio is incredibly accurate. Chloe was the hygienist I saw and she took great care of me and my teeth. She is also very friendly and kind! Thoroughly satisfied with my visit and glad to be returning! I will be returning for a cavity filling and custom night guard and update my review then.

From start to finish, every visit has been a wonderful experience. Everyone in the office is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Erika, the dental hygienist, was absolutely amazing with my 7-year old daughter. She made her feel comfortable, kept her engaged, took her time, and truly made the appointment enjoyable. She is such a pleasure to be around! Dr. LaRocca is always fantastic and consistently goes above in beyond to explain everything in detail. He takes the time to answer questions, never makes us feel rushed, & genuinely cares about his patients. What says the most about this office is that my kids actually love going to the dentist! We always leave feeling well taken care of! Highly recommend Dr. LaRocca, Erika, and the entire team!

Dr. Patel was very professional, compassionate and understanding. I have always been nervous about visiting the dentist but she took the time to explain the procedure in detail and made every effort to keep me comfortable throughout my visit. Her excellent communication and social skills helped ease my anxiety. This was my first visit to the clinic, and I had a very positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and her team.

I am very disappointed with this dental office. Over the years, both of my brothers, my mom, and I have seen multiple dentists here, and there seems to be a constant turnover of providers. Every time a dentist leaves and a new one comes in, we’re told that they don’t agree with the treatment or work done by the previous dentist and that additional procedures are now needed. This has made it very difficult to trust the recommendations we’re receiving. The frequent changes in staff create confusion and a lack of continuity of care. Instead of feeling confident about our dental treatment, we are left wondering which opinion to believe. The office feels disorganized, and communication has been poor regarding why dentists keep leaving and how patient care is being handled during these transitions. When it comes to something as important as our oral health, trust is essential. Unfortunately, after our experiences, my family no longer feels confident placing our dental care in the hands of this office. I would not recommend this practice to others looking for consistent and reliable dental care.

Dr. Patel is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. She takes the time to explain everything she does. In my personal experience the staff and assistants are very welcoming. The office in Elgin is clean and has a good vibe. Appreciate all they do!

My son and I had our first cleanings here and we will be returning customers! Loved every single interaction from front desk to exit convo. Dr. Patel and Erica the hygienist are the best!!!!
