Everyone was friendly and courteous. Dr. Lee kept talking to me the entire time to reassure me that everything was going fine and I was doing good. He also kept asking me how I was doing too. Both he and Raelynn explained everything to me . Raelynn went over my after care very thoroughly with me too.

Yes this was a great visit to the very professional job. Got me in on a day. I needed more so the next day due to family coming in from out of state to visit and I feel great the cleanest teeth possible. Deb was very good and a pleasant person. I will look forward to my next visit. Thank you very much

It was horrible after being a patient for 25 years. I've never felt so disrespected by I by a hygienist that I was supposed to come in for a cleaning that I've been waiting months for then after she checked my teeth, and then did my X raise then she left and said she didn't have time to clean my teeth? So the next day I called and got my records and my x-rays, and I went to a different dentist, it is not the same place that I always remember going there for all those years. They are so disrespectful there. They have no care about their patients at all. As far as being respectful to them, the woman was rude, and she talked to me like I was 5 years old to make it worse. The doctor I think, backed her up. When they were closed, and I had to wait because of the flood back in January or February, I waited. And then I was there for 20 minutes and I was turned away. She wouldn't even clean my teeth. Because I told her that I was not to have my teeth cleaned by a sonic machine. Because it was hurt my gums, so then she came back. She said she was gonna talk to the doctor doctor and then she never cleaned my teeth said she didn't have time, so I got my records and went to a better dentist. Place I would never go there again or ever recommend them It is not the same place.I remembered when they were smaller there is definitely a right way and a wrong way to talk to a patient. They have forgotten how to treat their patients Even Dr. Lee, when I told him I didn't want one of my molders filled. He was rude to me too I feel because I had a chip on it.And he insisted that I have it done, and I told him it wasn't bothering me and I didn't want to.He said, I would be back begging him to fill it.So the next time I came, he brought it up again, and I told him, no I told you last time.I'm not gonna have it done anyways.I found a better dentist.Take your chances.If you go there

The staff are all kind. They are very professional and schedule everything fast, which I never found this with other dentists in my area! Evelyn and Dr. Lee did my tooth filling and extraction and I felt no pain at all. Prices is very reasonable too. Thank you guys you're the best!

At Elkhart Dental and Implant Center, they require a 48 hour cancellation notice. I understand and respect that it keeps customers/patients accountable to show up to appointments and be on time. Because the Dentist and hygienist has a schedule to keep so they can be efficient and stay on time for the next customer/patient. This idea should also work the other way also. The customer/patient’s time is also valuable. When a customer/patient shows up on time they expect to be done at a certain time as well, so they can go on to the next part in their schedule. I have been a patient at this dentist office for many years. I love it! And the service I receive. This last appointment I showed up early so I was sure to be on time. I was shown to the chair for the hygienist roughly on time and waited there for 30 minutes. I was trying to remain calm. When the hygienist finally came in the room I let her know I needed to leave in 45 minutes because I had another appointment following this one and if she was able to accommodate this time since I was on time and it was her that was running late. She said yes and proceeded with the cleaning. I am happy to say she did and the whole appointment was great. But it is good to remember to stay calm and communicate. To be respectful of others as you don’t know how their day is going or what they might be dealing with. Everyone has things to do and accomplish in a day. We all think our stuff is importance and needs to be done. Being flexible and understanding goes a long way for the other person attitude and feelings. 😌

First and foremost ,One of the most professional and clean dental and implant offices ive been to with state of the art equipment and new facility. With exceptionally knowledgable staff. Dr Lee and all of his staff were very considerate,caring and adaptive to my total dental care and needs. The process was totally pain free, the kind appointment reminders and the staffs ability to compensate for a family Emergency and reschedule me back in quickly was outstanding. They handled all my insurance paperwork quickly and had all the processes approved in a few days. All of my aftercare went perfect and id recommend Dr Lee office to all. My friends and family who need dental or implant services. I cant find any part of my experience thats been negative from the initial call forward.

Dr. Lee and his staff were so great and making me feel welcome, they were calm. Explained every step. They fixed my tooth without any pain or discomfort. I'll be going back here again.
