Love the wonderful staff who work here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and nonjudgmental. My teeth were a mess before I came here and they supported me and didn’t make me feel ashamed for how bad I had let my teeth get. They are also very family oriented and helped care for my little one while my teeth were getting cleaned. Above and beyond is an understatement.

This place is an amazing Dentistry. I’ve been with them since 2015. My children come here now and they take such good care of us. I love them!!

I called this afternoon due to a concern that I may have some decay in my teeth. They were able to get me in within an hour. Upon arrival, I was seen within 10 minutes. They quickly examined my area of concern and let me know that everything was fine, just normal wear on the teeth over time. At checkout, Maggie let me know that insurance would cover it. She gave a friendly goodbye and wished me a good trip (I’d mentioned it on the phone when I called to make an appointment).

They’re a very busy business and that’s because they’re good! Even with all the customers they still take time to help and they never rush, extremely professional and even more friendly and easy to work with for insurance purposes. I haven’t been to other dental practices in Fairbanks but honestly I wouldn’t want to… I have mouth full of fillings and other work from around 6 different dental offices over the past 20 years and this one is a the peak, seems odd the best dental work is happening in Fairbanks 😂

Incredible experience today at this dentist office. Sarah is literally the best dental assistant I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She is patient, sweet, kind and very competent. Love that I am a patient here! And let me not forget to mention the Dentist as well. Great man, very kind and pleasant to talk with and extremely friendly and great at his craft!

Relocated back to Fairbanks in June and was recommended Ridge View Dental from a friend. This place is top notch. I have been under the care of several dentists from PCS' and this is by far the best dentistry practice I have been to. Consistent in sanitizing equipment and proper glove changing--this is a big deal to me! I appreciate that my appointments are not rushed if I have questions. Dr. Lowe and hygienists take time to answer my questions. Customer Service is excellent!!! My entire family is happy with the care they have received thus far. *I think it is important to note that I didn't write this review from a one time visit. I have been seen at least 8 times since June for a problem tooth and for routine hygiene.*

Great office, facility, and staff! Clean, always on time, courteous. They are wonderful dealing with insurance. I have been to a few dentists here in Fairbanks and they are the best by far. Dr. Lowe does not try to push random “treatments.” Have had my teeth cleaned there for about ten years and got a crown about five years. Nothing but great experiences.

Ridge View Dental is absolutely amazing. They are so kind and comforting from the moment you talk to them on the phone until you’re leaving their office after your appointment. I am a patient who has moderate-severe anxiety when going to the dentist. Every step of the way, every person I saw was calm and comforting. Checking in at the front with Maggie is always so pleasant and upbeat. Sarah has a calming presence a talked me through every step of the way, making sure I knew what was to come next. Both Maggie and Sarah offered tools and items to help comfort and calm me while in the office in addition to kind and reassuring words. Dr. Lowe took his time and was gentle, he made sure I was ready made sure I knew if we needed to pause, I just needed to inform them. Whether it be a warmed blanket, a kind word, a hand to hold or a squishy toy to squeeze, they all went above and beyond to make sure I was ready and comfortable in their office. Thank you to Dr. Lowe, Sarah, Maggie and all of the other staff for making my experience a pleasant one.

such a wonderful experience ! all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming every time I come in ! I’ve been to many other dental office’s before but none compare to this one, I will forever go to this office and forever recommend them. I’ve had multiple dental surgeries in the past so I generally have a lot of anxiety going into the dentist but the whole staff instantly made me feel safe. Sarah is the most amazing dental assistant, she always goes out of her way to make sure you feel okay ! Dr.Lowe is amazing and takes care in all his work ! I always appreciate Maggie too, she always works hard to make sure you can get a soon appointment ! I’m very proud to be a patient here
