As a new patient of Point Clear Dental, I am thoroughly impressed: top shelf facility and equipment; warm, attentive, professional front desk, hygienist, and surgical assistant; and, Dr. Jen was outstanding. So glad I made the switch. Happy smile.

When I went to have my procedure done the lady told me that my cost might be 7,000. When I asked them the week before the lady at the desk handed me a paper that it be 4,100. To say the least I wasn’t happy they never mentioned to me it could be 7,000. I know they have to check my insurance but they should have done this before quoting me a price!! I went to have my bridge put in and they had the wrong color and bite was wrong so they had to send it back and have it fixed.

I can’t say enough about one of their dental technicians, Megan. I had lost a temporary crown the day before .The Office was able to find me an appointment where I was taken care of by this lovely technician . I can only think of words like polite, professional, caring, competent. She was able to fit me with a perfect temporary crown. God I wish I could keep it permanently. This young lady exuded confidence and competence in her abilities. I’m probably switching offices if this young lady is able to take care of me.

This visit was to replace a crown that had a cavity under it. I was a bit disappointed after the initial visit when it took three times to get a temporary crown that would fit. The fit still wasn't good. My gum was irritated and there was leftover glue on the sides. That was on Monday. I was very pleased that the crown was manufactured and delivered and I was able to get it on Thursday. It fit perfectly. I'm so relieved and happy that it all worked out.Great service.

This group is top notch! Very professional, talented and super friendly. They were able to squeeze me in on a busy Friday for a minor dental procedure, that probably could have waited until the following week, but was important to me. Dr. Connell was the only dentist on staff that day and still, she was so thorough, and kind. I would highly recommend Point Clear Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Always a positive experience from the time you walk in the door and are cheerfully greeted to the technician, doctor and exiting. Beautiful facility with modern technology and friendly, professional staff. I’d highly recommend!

Everyone in this office is amazingly professional and so nice. I highly recommend them. They’re simply the best. I would never consider leaving. The entire staff and all dentists are above excellent. ❤️

I recently move to Fairhope and broke a tooth. I went to Point Clear Dental, they got me in same day and few weeks later I had my permanent crown. The facility is clean professionally run. My dentist was excellent. The assistant Tyra was professional and very personable. She prepared me and my procedure was completed in 20 minutes. Highly recommended
