I absolutely adore the staff here! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Jenne is a wonderful dentist with great patient manners (meaning he listens to your concerns). I've been a patient of his for 4+ years and have zero complaints. If you're looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Garner Famil & Cosmetic dentistry.

Was behind in getting my cleanings done. The staff was warm and welcoming and did not make me feel shamed as it was 2 1/2 years since my last cleaning. I also needed to get 2 crowns done. On today’s visit I was very anxious about the procedure, but Martha the hygienist turned the lights down, provided me with a neck pillow and a weighted blanket. She was very kind and attentive. Dr. Jenne has great bedside manner and takes time to answer any questions you have. So glad to have him in the Garner area. They also have early morning appointments, as early as 7am! Because It’s a small practice, they will know you by your name. Some of the reasons why Dr.Jenne and his staff are a 5*.

I think we have found our new dentist!!! I was very impressed with the timeliness of appointment, the sincere kindness and concern with which our care was handled, and pleased with the plan for upcoming treatment was developed. From the moment I called to make appointments to checking out afterwards, just a WONDERFUL experience! Let the beautiful smiles begin!!!

After moving. I got a referral to go see Dr Jenne and team at Garner Family Dentistry. Had a very positive first experience from the moment I walked in and was greeted to Chloe, who took wonderful care of my teeth and the finale of meeting Dr Jenne and having through discussion with him! I would highly recommend this dentistry. I have only been going a few months but they have exceeded my expectations. The front staff is very professional and friendly. Chloe, who has been my dental hygienist, does an outstanding job. She is very in tune to her patient's comfort level and helps makes the experience less stressful. Dr. Jenne handled a crown for me a few months ago. Again, echoing what many others have said - excellent service and very professional. I am very glad a friend recommended them.

Dr. Jenne and Chole are absolutely fantastic! I used to be very anxious about going to the dentist, but they completely changed my experience. From the moment you walk in, the entire dental team is welcoming, caring, and reassuring. Dr. Jenne takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and informed, which makes a huge difference. The quality of the care and professionalism here is outstanding. I have my family -including my in-laws going to Dr. Jenne. Absolutely LOVE the team at Garner Family & Cosmetic Dentistry! Have been coming here since 2017 and have not had a bad experience yet (which is a lot to say for someone as cavity prone as I am)! The front desk crew is always smiling & welcoming, Hillary is the best dental hygienist around & Dr. Jenne gives great advice, explains procedures & recommendations thoroughly, and provides excellent care! Would 10/10 recommend this practice for patients of all ages! -Leah
