Pardo Dentistry

*** 8/19/26 received a call from reception to inform us that the office/dentist will no longer see my mom based on the review posted below. Worst experience ever. My mom who is 81 years old when to this clinic to get a new set of dentures. The dentist removed two teeth and was sent home with no instructions and in pain. No medication or antibiotics were prescribed. Procedure was Wednesday after calling a few times finally got the prescription sent to the pharmacy sometime monday and we got the medication from the pharmacy same day. The area getting infected took her back big mistake dentist cleaned the area and told us I will prescribed something stronger, we left the receptionist run chasing us into the parking lot for payment. Then we left and 5 minutes before closing they called us back that we need to complete health questionnaire before the prescription. I was driving running errands. Clinic didn't care, because is Friday I had to pulled over to complete this survey because my mom's infected area is painful. After completing the questionnaire I started thinking wouldn't this be something needed before any procedure? I would think is important to know what medication she is taking and diagnosis? I wouldn't recommend this place.

Dr. Pardo came across as very condescending throughout my visit, but what concerned me even more was the billing. I was told that a 2D oral photographic image would not result in any additional cost to me or my dental insurance. However, when I later reviewed my insurance explanation of benefits, I saw that my insurance had been billed $346 for that imaging. After noticing the charge, I reached out to Dr. Pardo for clarification. Instead of receiving a straightforward explanation, she responded dismissively. Because Dr. Pardo knew I was trying to make the most of my annual insurance benefits, I was disappointed to see my available coverage used for a service that wasn't necessary. Dr. Pardo later said the imaging was necessary, but then why would the dental hygienist ask as if I wanted it in the first place? I shouldn't have to pay for the lack of communication between Dr. Pardo and her staff. I also called several dentists, and they all confirmed that those specialized images aren't necessary for care. There is absolutely no reason for Dr. Pardo to be dishonest and rude.

I had a root canal done previously with a different dentist but the crown would not stay on. Initially, I was told that the only option was to extract the tooth and get an implant. Dr. Pardo suggested a gumectomy to expose more tooth and then put on a new crown. I love that she was able to think outside the box and save the tooth! Such a great dentist, i can see why this place has such great reviews.

I’m in awe of this practice. As someone who neglected dental visits for the last 5 years, I had a lot of anxiety coming back. The administrative staff is so compassionate. Auri was phenomenal. I know I took a lot of time with more cleaning and care needed. She was efficient but incredibly thoughtful and warm. Dr Pardo is still so thorough and thoughtful with her care as well. The integrity here is invaluable. I’m beyond grateful to have landed here 6 years ago and now to back be on track to continue back again. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Such a gentle-handed dentist! I went in to replace three fillings that needed updating. Dr. Pardo asked if I wanted to complete all of them in one visit. I’m all about efficiency, so that sounded like a great idea. I’m a bit nervous about needles, but Dr. Pardo applied the anesthesia so precisely and gently that I barely felt it. Before I knew it, she had finished all three fillings in about 45 minutes. The clinic is conveniently located, with plenty of parking and easy access. The space is welcoming and thoughtfully designed, with nice touches like a coffee machine in the waiting area and what looks like a newly renovated restroom—bright, clean, and spacious. The office also feels very up-to-date, with modern equipment and technology. I highly recommend Dr. Pardo for her kind bedside manner, skill, and precision. I will definitely continue choosing her as my go-to dentist.

I’ve tried other dentists due to distance, but I always find myself returning to the Pardo family because the quality of care is challenging to find. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Pardo for a about 10 years now. We both love coming here and have had such positive experiences. The office is clean and super cute! The staff is all so nice and welcoming. You can tell that comfort is their priority for their patients. We've always recommended Dr. Pardo to our family and friends.

Bella is very sweet and professional! I felt very comfortable with her. Also, doctor Pardo is the best dentist I have had! She is very knowledgeable and experienced. Aura was my dental hygienist and she takes her time and cleans my teeth beautifully. I make sure to schedule my cleanings with her!
