I’m pretty sure my dentist deserves some kind of award… or at least a reality show. Who else can make someone voluntarily show up to a place where sharp objects meet sensitive gums—and still leave smiling? 😂 The whole team is ridiculously friendly, the office feels more like a spa than a dental clinic, and the dentist explains everything without using scary “you should floss more” judgmental tones. Somehow they make cleanings feel quick, painless, and almost… enjoyable? I know. I’m shocked too. If you’re the type who usually schedules dental appointments and then mysteriously “forgets,” this is the place that will cure that. My teeth are happy, my smile looks great, and I didn’t even cry once. 10/10 would let them poke around in my mouth again.

Dr. Gill was quick and timely. I shared with the staff that dental care is not readily available across the country. This area is privileged to have providers with great equipment and expertise. There were recommendations; even though I did not want to move in that direction my decision was readily accepted. As a medical professional myself I appreciate input and rational. That is what was provided. It can be hard to accept your “recommendations ” are not embraced and still provide unbiased care. That is what is done at Grand Rapids Dental care.

Jess did a fantastic job! I am often tense during a cleaning: anticipating mild pain, discomfort, and bleeding that I’ve typically experienced in past cleanings. That was not the case with Jess. I had next to no pain, she cleaned around my permanent retainer no problem without breaking it, no gingival bleeding I was aware of, and she was super efficient. Friendly and professional! Looking forward to my next cleaning with her and would highly recommend.

Great dentist office for care that doesn't make you wonder "why did I go there". Staff great, dentist (Dr. Kate) great, even billing at the end could not be nicier. Highly recommend Dr. Kate and staff, they will get you going in the right direction. Thank you all for correcting years of problems, I'm very grateful!!

I have been very happy with this Dentist office. Very friendly and they have a great affordable annual plan that takes care of your basic cleanings and X-rays. I feel like they do a good job with pain management for cleanings, crowns, and fillings I’ve needed. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new dental office.

I went in to have a broken tooth pulled. Dr Kate did a thorough exam while explaining each step in detail. She explained all of my options and let ME make a decision based on what I felt was best for ME! Dr. Kate now has another life long patient. :)

While the smell of the facility was very sterile the people were all amazingly friendly and very helpful. I was able to understand more about my teeth than ever. And was free to ask questions. Great place. I am happy I found them
