Appointments for services are easy to get. Dr Martin is very helpful in dental procedures and giving advice on future problems. Staff is very friendly from the time entering the office and during the procedure. I have been going to their office for a long time and I receive the best care for dental care.

I really like this clinic. The doctor and nurse were very helpful and informative about my concerns. The doctor has a very good outlook. He made me feel comfortable.

Do not go to dr. Janda for a root canal. He did mine almost a year ago and I still have feeling in that tooth. The actual procedure was borderline traumatic. The anesthesia barely worked and I felt almost everything. I’ve had root canals before so I know that was not normal. I would have just chucked it up to a bad procedure if they didnt balance bill me over a year after my root canal. they told me I had a $500 credit and I waited over 6 months for them to process the refund and do internal audits to make sure it was accurate. The first time I called thwy told me they conducted the audit and found my credit to be valid and said they would pay me within a month. Two months later I call back and they have no recollection of my case or audit. I called again to see if I could go through process again that took another month. Just for them to come back a year after my procedure and bill me an additional $320. Seems almost like balance billing, which is illegal in colorado! I say all of that to say, go to an actual endodontist for root canal or major procedure (if you can afford it). Also, the front desk people are very catty and talk about clients poorly. S/o to the hygentist who told me about the credit! No one was going to tell me if you did not.

AVOID THIS CLINIC. Terrible customer service. I went in for a simple annual cleaning and check up. I was "in network" with my insurance and I told them when scheduling I only wanted services that were included with my free annual check up. Well, sure enough, Greeley Dental Health crammed some extra charges on there that weren't covered by insurance. At a normal business, you could talk to someone and hopefully get this resolved. Not at Greeley Dental Health. They provide you with an unmanned phone number where you can only leave voicemails that they will never return. If you call the front desk, they refer you to the same voicemail number. Rather than talk this through to resolve a minor billing issue, their strategy was to send me weekly automated calls, texts, and emails to let me know I had an outstanding balance. Bottom line, they showed they would rather play hard ball over a billing error, than even talk to one of their patients. They'd rather send a $100 balance to collections than keep an existing patient. I cancelled all appointments for myself and my family. AVOID THIS CLINIC
