If I could give less than one star I would. Multiple times I arrived for my appointment only to be told it was canceled. I was told that they called me ONCE and possibly left a message, but they couldn't confirm a message was left. They then told me they don't have the option to email. If this happen to me Multiple times I assume it happens quite often. I then had one dentist tell me I had a few cavities that needed to be filled, but getting them filled was one of the canceled appointments. I scheduled an appointment with another dentist there who told me the cavities I have are small and she would not recommend filling them until they are bigger. I would not go back to this place if I was paid to. Horrible customer service!!

Terrible place, I have DR Bogdan I believe, and he has cancelled and pushed out appointments for me to get a filling or cleanings multiple times. I get people don't like to work, but maybe show up to the appointments you yourself set up? Also, the filling he DID do, doesn't feel very good, and isn't the best work. Plus with this place, if you want to have a different dentist who maybe actually has availability, you have to "establish care" with them, where they look at your teeth, make the same judgement calls as the last dentist "yup, what was already in your chart is still there!" then push you out another 6 months to actually get worked on. Terrible practice, terrible staffing hours, just all around the worst dentist office I've ever dealt with. If you're able to go somewhere else, just do that.

I wish it been made clearer that my appointment was more of a consultation and not the day when the specialist was going to actually work on my teeth. He was professional and well spoken. I feel comfortable and I'm fairly certain he will do a good job.

To be very honest with the good experience I had. I was there for my wisdom removal. The practice here is very clean. They follow each and every code. They know how to do their job. You gotta speak up and be transparent to understand them so they can understand you. I can really appreciate how hygienic this place and staff are. However, due to how busy they were, I think they forgot to prescribe me with antibiotics and there was no conversation about stitches. So I got neither. I did some research and apparently sometimes you won’t even need those, but I would have preferred antibiotics at the very least to support my healing. I’m just taking this the natural route healing on its own and hopefully I don’t get infections since I’m being very careful. But I do think no matter how busy you are if you really care about your patients you need to be sure they leave with everything they need. I did ask for my tooth, and pictures but it’s not a necessity so I didn’t mind not having it even though it might have made the experience a little more enjoyable. Regardless, they still do amazing work for a good change in this world. They probably just need more staff.

The team at Hillsboro Advantage Dental are efficient and friendly. I was checked in and brought to the back within 5 minutes. The doctor and his assistant made me feel at ease. The way they explained the procedure they were to carry out in my care , I felt that I was well informed and am confident that I got the best advice as to how to move forward. I am definitely referring you to them. You will be in good hands.

i have had an overall positive experience with advantage dental, although it seams their answer to every issue is extraction. it also seams they have a bit of a high turn over rate with their dentists-and hygienists i have had a new dentist almost every visit due to them going elsewhere and i think as a result they go through hygienists too, i have had several different hygienists and i would prefer to have the same one if they are kind and gentle. that being said every hygienists has been very gentle and very nice. showed compassion and caring during my visits and cleanings. only once did i have to wait passed my appointment and that means a lot to me. nothing worse than having an appointment, showing up early as asked and having to wait passed that time to be seen. i have to give praise to that and their staff. thank you advantage dental team!

For someone who is absolutely terrified of dentists, these guys were amazing. I was sorta not the nicest in the beginning, but they turned me around and got me fixed despite my attitude initially. Whoever Reyna is, needs a raise and Dr P who did the procedure was fantastic. Thanks for dealing with me there, genuinely.

If I could give this location less than 1 star I would…I had a dental emergency about a week ago (severely broken tooth, cant close my mouth fully or eat anything solid) and when I called the emergency phone line I was told I would receive a phone call from the office first thing the next morning to get me scheduled. I never received a phone call, and as the week went on, each day I would call to try and talk to someone about getting me seen to fix the tooth. Nobody would ever answer the phone and I would leave multiple voice mails each day, and I still never got a call back even almost a week later. I finally was able to contact someone through my insurance who was able to switch me to another office, and they are also sending me paperwork to file a formal complaint against this office. I will take this as far as I possibly can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen to others. This afternoon someone finally called me back (after insurance told me they would be contacting the district manager) and they tell me “we never got any notes or voicemails regarding you” which is absolutely untrue and they know it. Save yourself the time and stress and DO NOT use this location. It’s absolutely infuriating the way they handle business….I’m not sure how they are even still open.
