Adam Z, my hygienist, was so personable and professional. I am always surprised at his ability to recall detail from our previous visits. It really makes me feel remembered and valued as a patient. When I arrived for my appointment today, the team at the front had already checked me in, and everybody was ready for me. I didn’t have to wait, and the service was quick and thorough. When it came time to go, again, everything was already squared away for me, all I had to do was sign, and say my farewells. I really appreciate this team and I always look forward to my appointments here. 10/10 would recommend.

Dental Hygienist Adam Zahn provided excellent care. He explained every step and made sure I was comfortable with each process. His professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness was above and beyond. Great job!

Today was my first visit to Hawaii Family Dental to see Dr. Chong. The staff members were very cordial and friendly. Dr. Chong was especially pleasant and immediately put me at ease. I truly enjoyed my visit and look forward to my future visits.

Appointments always take a really long time. Care is good and I know they are busy because they only have 1 pediatric dentist that comes 1 day a week, but I wish they planned a little better for that. It’s hard to sit in a room for nearly an hour with a kid waiting for a 2 minute meeting with the dentist.

Adam was fantastic. Very informative for myself and Passion regarding future dental goals. Passion loved it and so did I! Thanks Adam!

Adam is the best! Dr. Akioka is a very good dentist. The front desk is very patient and polite. Always willing to work with scheduling. I leave feeling motivated and encouraged to improve and maintain my dental health. 100% recommended 🤙🏻

My daughter's hygienist, Adam, is spectacular. My daughter has never expressed any level of comfort at the dentist, but she came out smiling and so happy because he was just fantastic with her. Introduced himself warmly and kindly to me as well. We've had an overall great experience at the Waiakea office. So grateful for them!
