We moved to Holden a year ago and needed to find a dentist. As I read about Dr. Lor’s experience and her values and then the reviews by her patients, I knew I had found a great dentist. She is a star! I have never had a dentist who listened so carefully, explained options so clearly, or took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan. She is highly skilled and checks in regularly to be sure you are comfortable. Her staff reflect the same level of care and kindness. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and works to put the patient at ease. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Lor! I recommend her highly.

Dr Lor and her assistant Laura are extremely skilled and patient. They removed a crown which took some time and I felt no pain. Dr Lor kept checking with me to ask if I was okay. If you have any concerns about having any dental work done, I assure you that you will be very well taken care of, from the moment you walk in, until you leave.

I have been utilizing this dentist office for over 15 years. Originally it was Dr Allen's practice, but Dr Lor bought the practice upon his retirement. At 1st I was a little nervous having built a great working relationship with Dr Allen and always being extremely happy with the experience. Dr Lor did not disappoint. She retained all the staff (who are world class) and continued the practice delivering exceptional dental care in a compassionate environment. Nobody loves going to the dentist, but I never have a bad experience despite the anxiety I may feel. I would recommend this office to anyone and have over the years. They truly care about you as a patient and deliver the type of care that keeps you coming back for years.

This place truly feels like home, which I know is a strange way to describe a dentist office! I absolutely love everyone on the team. Pam, all the hygienists, and Dr. Sandy Lor are all wonderful. They’ve been supporting me through my Invisalign journey and helping me maintain my dental health for several years now. Over time, I’ve gotten to know them well, and every visit feels like catching up with friends, which makes the whole experience so much more relaxing and comfortable. I’m so grateful for their care and can’t recommend Holden Family Dentistry enough!

Very positive experience! I was looking for a new dentist and the office manager Pam was extremely helpful, getting me quickly scheduled and answering any of those tricky insurance questions. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, and was so welcoming. Lucy the hygienist made my cleaning comfortable and stress-free. She is efficient and does her job exceptionally well. Dr. Lor and her dental assistant Amanda are a great team. They were attentive during my procedure, always checking to make sure I was comfortable and gave me breaks as needed. Dr. Lor is very knowledgeable and I really appreciate that she took the time to explain my treatment plan and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Holden Family Dentistry!
