Dental Care Center of Hollywood

I had a good experience at Dental Care Center of Hollywood for a routine cleaning and checkup. I wanted to stay on top of my dental care and get everything looked at, so I scheduled an appointment. The cleaning was thorough, and I appreciated getting a chance to ask about anything I should be paying attention to with my teeth. The visit was straightforward, and I left feeling good about getting my regular dental care taken care of. I'd consider coming back for my next checkup and cleaning.

Disappointing Experience After Many Years After being patients at this dental practice for many years, my husband and I were very disappointed with our most recent experience. Unfortunately, we ultimately decided to leave the practice. My husband was told that he needed two root canals, and we were quoted more than $5,000 for the treatment. We decided to get a second opinion, and another dental office was able to see him the same day. They treated one tooth with a root canal and also addressed a cavity, and the total cost was $460. The difference in both the treatment recommended and the cost was significant enough that we decided to seek care elsewhere. I also had an appointment where I was being charged $170 upfront for what I understood to be a regular cleaning with irrigation. After reviewing my insurance benefits, I learned that I had coverage for four free cleanings per year . So I did get it done else where, same day as my husband's appointment. The process of transferring our X-rays was also frustrating. I was told that I would have to wait through the weekend for the doctor to send the X-rays to our new dental office bc Dr.Sperling supposedly was the only person who had access (according to Allison). The manager thankfully stepped in and had her send them right then and there . From my perspective, the process felt unnecessarily difficult and left me feeling like we were being treated more like numbers than long-term patients. I want to be fair and say that the hygienist (I believe her name is Alexandra)we had was wonderful and provided excellent care in the past. Unfortunately, the overall experience with the practice and the way our concerns were handled outweighed that positive experience. After many years as patients, it is disappointing to leave, but based on our recent experience, we will not be returning. I hope the practice takes feedback like this seriously and considers how these situations are handled with long-term patients.

I had a great experience at Dental Center of Hollywood. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. If you’re someone who gets nervous about going to the dentist, this is definitely the place to go. They take the time to explain everything, answer your questions, and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire visit. The dentists and staff are patient, caring, and genuinely want you to have a positive experience. They made what is usually a stressful appointment feel easy and relaxing. I highly recommend Dental Center of Hollywood to anyone looking for excellent dental care, especially if you have dental anxiety. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at ease.

Today I went to my dentist appointment and once again I left extremely happy. Alisa, the front desk coordinator, greeted me immediately with a huge smile and her usual courtesy, she really makes you feel welcome. Tania, omg! she did an outstanding job with my teeth, everything was smooth, gentle and professional. The level of service here is excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I love this practice and my dental hygienist is the absolute best. I can't say enough good things about them. They are patience, professional and my cleanings and so relax. Tania is the absolute best. If I had 10 stars I would give it to them. Thank you 🥰

My family has been going to the Dental Care Center of Hollywood since I could remember. Dr. Hans Sperling and his amazing wife Jeaninne, whom we love so much have been treating us like family since the beginning. In most recent oral events earlier last month, Dr. Sperling saved both my smile and most importantly my life. I am forever grateful for the dedication and the care Dr. Sperling puts into both his practice and to people. Last but definitely not least, the staff at the Dental Care Center of Hollywood are amazing. We travel from Nassau, The Bahamas to come and see them; and they ensure that we are greeted with warm smiles and also ensure that we feel loved and welcomed. Consistency is definitely their goal, and they meet the mark for every single time.

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sperling takes the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. My hygienist, Alexa, was incredibly kind and professional. She also answered all of my questions thoroughly and did a great job of cleaning my teeth.

This is by far the best dental office I’ve experienced. I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist, but the team consistently makes me feel comfortable and reassured every step of the way. They are incredibly gentle, patient, and attentive to my needs. The office itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, and the staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about each patient. It’s not easy to find exceptional dental care in Florida, and I feel truly fortunate to have found such an outstanding practice.

They are professional, thorough, and always take the time to explain everything clearly to me. My hygienist today, Alexis, was super friendly, attentive, and skilled. The whole team is always so welcoming, and their dedication to patient care shows greatly through their work. I highly recommend this office!
