The office is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Dr. Kambasha has an excellent bedside manner, is thorough in every aspect of care, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend Dr. Kambasha and the entire team to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

The girl at the front desk was unfriendly and I felt like I was being judged by several of the staff. When I was provided my quote for a deep clean and two fillings, the girl helping me couldn’t be bothered to help with explaining much and I did not feel comfortable asking any more questions about payment options. I would advise going to another dental office for more reasonable prices and a more welcoming environment.

Essington Family Dental is great, and Kristen the hygienist is wonderful! Both myself and my 12-year-old son go here, and we always have a positive experience. The entire team is friendly, professional, and makes us feel comfortable during every visit. They do an excellent job and genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this office for both adults and children!

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. They are a money hungry corporate facility that does not care for their patients at all. I went in for an emergency visit for a very bad tooth ache. My regular dentist was closed so I couldn't unfortunately go see him. I was aware of a root canal that need to be taken care of on the tooth but I ran out of dental benefits last year and have not had a chance to go since. I went into this office thinking they are willing to help a patient in severe pain. That was the biggest mistake I've made. The technician ( i believe her name of Jasmine) was rude and very judgemental. She did not make me feel comfortable in that office at all. Dr Patel was very nice but had no solution that wouldn't be putting extra money in their pockets. When they showed me the xrays, they stated the tooth was too far gone and I needed it pulled and prepped for an implant later down the road. Mind you that is not covered by insurance when they mark it as cosmetic instead of medically necessary for the insurance codes. Little did the staff know I work on claims and know the codes when they talked about it in the room with me. The only alternative offered for my severe pain was to take Tylenol and ibuprofen. I immediately knew something was off with the office. I left immediately and called Professional Endodontics of Illinois who my dentist refers out to. They immediately got me fit me and notified me that Essignton Family Dental colored in my xray and made the cavity and issues look worse than what it truly was. I had the root canal done ans cavity cleaned out in less than an hour at their office. They save most of my tooth and advised me that an implant was absolutely NOT necessary and there was no reason a root canal could not have been done. The fact that this place could ALTER an xray to try and pull more money out of you is terrible. I will NEVER go back here or recommend this place to anyone!

Dr. Hatia and the team at Essington is the best dental care I have had in my life. They were kind, courteous, professional and I was grateful from the dental assistants, hygienists to the administration and billing team. Dr. Hatia helped me get a smile I can be immensely proud to show off. I am and will continue to recommend Essington to all those I care about.

This not only supports excellent preventative care but also makes many treatments more efficient and convenient. There are many dental offices much closer to our home, but I gladly drive 40 minutes for every visit because there is simply no one else I would trust with our dental care. Dr. Hatia and her entire team have earned our loyalty, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist.

I had my first visit at Essington Family Dental, and I was impressed! Maggie took x-rays and answered my questions. Lisa was an excellent hygienist, and Dr. Hatia was personable and explained everything so I could understand. Everyone was friendly and professional! They have new technology that meant I could get a new night guard without having to take impressions. I was really impressed with their Comfort Menu to help ease any discomfort. It made me feel like they really cared to make my experience pleasant.
