Timber Creek Dental

I was referred to this dentist by a close friend and initially reached out online to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response for several weeks. Once I was finally able to schedule, I provided all requested information. A few weeks later, I received a text message requesting my Social Security number, stating it was required by my insurance. I explained that I was not comfortable sending sensitive information via text and that I would call to provide it. I also shared that I had already provided my member and group ID and had spoken with my insurance carrier, who confirmed the information they needed. The response I received from Jennifer was dismissive and argumentative, including comments about her years of experience and questioning what my insurance representative told me rather than addressing my concern. On the day of my appointment, my car broke down. I notified the office ahead of time and communicated with a scheduler through text to reschedule. I never received a response. After several weeks, I called and requested to speak with an office manager because I felt the communication issues needed to be addressed. As someone who also manages a medical office, I understand the importance of receiving patient feedback and resolving concerns professionally. Unfortunately, my conversation with Jennifer was extremely disappointing. Rather than listening to my concerns, she became defensive, interrupted me repeatedly, raised her voice, and placed me on hold while I was trying to explain the issue. My concern was never that the staff was rude — it was that communication was inconsistent and responses were not timely. When I tried to explain this, I was told that I was “on the phone with her now” and that she could either help me or I could “find another place.” That response was unprofessional and did not reflect a patient-centered approach. I hope the dentist reviews how patient concerns are handled and provides additional training on communication, professionalism, and conflict resolution. There are many dental offices that value their patients’ time and feedback, and unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to look elsewhere. Would not recommend this office.

Today I went in for my 6 month cleaning and received the same professional awesome service that I have received for the last 10+ years. Today was different though. I am going through a personal storm right now and they stepped in and shined light into my family’s world. They say your friends show up when you need them most and today my Dentist’s office showed up big time. Thank you for all you do, all you serve, and for being there for me and my family. You all are absolutely amazing!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Casey and all his staff. Everyone there is so nice and caring. Best dental office I have ever been to hands down!

It has been almost three years since I saw the dentist. Part of that is because I simply have never enjoyed the experience. It has been painful and I end up sore and bleeding for a couple days. Erin was fantastic. I appreciate her care and honesty. Employee of the month!

I cannot say enough great things about Timber Creek dental! I have struggled with dental anxiety for years, but this office completely changed my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. A special shout out to Erin, the hygienist she is absolutely amazing! Erin is not only incredibly skilled, but she’s also an educator. She explains everything as she goes, which makes me feel informed and comfortable. Her friendly conversation during my cleaning completely takes my mind off of my anxiety. Honestly, I’ve never left a dental office feeling so relaxed! If you were someone who dreads dental visits, trust me Timber Creek dental will change that for you five out of five highly recommend. A very impressive note, Dr. Casey is simply amazing. He is kind, gentle and informative as well. I am so glad I tried this Office the entire staff makes you feel right at home thank you timber Creek dental so much now I will have clean and healthy teeth and gums going forward because I am not afraid anymore. :-)

This was my first visit to Timber Creek Dental. My prior dentist was bought out by Brident Dental, and I have had horrible experiences with them. I immediately felt at ease when I walked into the office. Everyone was so incredibly nice, caring, and helpful. Erin, my hygienist, was wonderful. Dr. Casey was also very nice. I'm so relieved and thankful to be back at a dentist that does not try to sell you products that are not needed or tell someone that they have gum disease when they don't. If I do need dental work in the future, I will feel confident trusting that it's needed and in my best interest. I would highly recommend this practice.
