Ideal Dental Kingwood

My family has been coming here for over 2 yrs now and we are just so pleased with the friendly staff and the fast service always provided. We never have to wait long for an appointment and we are always in and out with a big smile on our faces.

When we first called at 8 for the bleeding post dental extraction we were told to monitor first and not come in and I was left feeling uncomfortable and at ease w the Responce I got . I don’t recall who answered the call at first . I wasn’t comfortable leaving my father still bleeding at the site even though it slowed down a bit . Whe I called the second time and Denisia answered I felt I was heard. She was very attentive to hear what I have to say and gave time to put me on hold and talked to the dentist on schedule and we were able to address the issue by coming in and being seen as soon as we are able to come to the office . The dentist on board that day was very pleasant and professional and we were happy to see it hasn’t bled anymore .Thank you . The team was pleasant and friendly and professional . Great work

I had the most wonderful experience i ever had with a dentist. The staff was kind and compassionate. I am paralyzed and in a wheelchair. I can't get into the dental chair,but it didn't matter to them. They effortlessly took my xrays and dr. did my check up. I was out in 1 hour. No pain or discomfort. I would definitely recommend Ideal Dental to other people.

Had my first visit after switching from another office due to insurance changes. My initial full exam was pleasant with a warm reception from the staff. Dr. Galaz was very professional and gave me a comprehensive but straightforward explanation of my treatment plan. They were experiencing some technical issues with the devices used for x-rays and pictures but remained apologetic for the delay. I was happy just watching Tom & Jerry while I waited.

I highly recommend Ideal Dental Kingwood. I was extremely afraid of going to a dentist due to past experience. Everyone at Ideal Dental Kingwood has made me feel secure. The ladies upfront are so sweet and welcoming. Charges are discussed before any work is done. You are not hit with any hidden charges. I never felt any pain during any of my procedures. They truly care about your dental health and you as a person. I will continue to use Ideal Dental Kingwood.

Never thought I’d be saying this, but I had a really good experience at this dental office My dentist bedside manners were excellent. His assistant was also awesome. Had a root canal done in about an hour or so virtually no pain the next day and overall it was a great experience. The lady at the front desk is also awesome.
