Great dental care and service. Dentist was very personable and gentle. I had extractions and it was pain free. Dr or Dentist Severe was completely careful and very knowledgeable and explained everything well. The whole staff was great and the assistant dentist was great as well. 10/10 from me

Had a crown placed on my very back molar. Absolute 10/10 experience from walking in and being checked in to the setup and the procedure. Communication was thorough on each step and the pain was non-existent! I look forward to coming back for general dental work in the future! ❤️

First time seeing KCD and EVERYONE is so nice and kind! From the receptionists to the doctor. The dental hygienist did so great doing my cleaning. Felt little to no pain! I truly appreciate that Dr. Severe really listened to my concerns and what I wanted to accomplish for my dental needs. I most definitely recommend this place!

The staff here are always friendly and professional. They make sure to respect my time by getting me seen almost immediately. They ask if I had had any dental problems that they need to be aware of. The atmosphere is nice too. The office is very well decorated.

This was my first visit . I found the office staff very friendly and helpful. My hygienist Courtney did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and getting all the needed films made . Courtney was very good at explaining things as she worked. Dr. D. Lane Severe was personable, informative and I felt very comfortable with him .

I had impressions done today. Dr. Lane made sure they were done to his specifications. The girl that did them listen to my concerns and told me everything she was doing. The whole staff is very professional and so kind. It was as pleasant as going to the dentist can be. I am thankful I chose Knox County Dental.

I'm so afraid of dentists, but my visit at KCD was opposite of anyone I had been to in my 68yr..The gals were so efficient but mostly so kind! Dr. Severe was 100% attentive to my needs, he listened to my wants and came up with a fantastic plan for my teeth!! I am so happy that I found Dr. Severe , he was kind, efficient as a dentist, and felt like I was talking to a friend!! I recommend anyone, especially us chickens to Dr.Severe and the woman strongly!!
