Dr. Gonzalez was fantastic! He was kind, patient, and made both of my girls feel comfortable throughout their visit. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. We’re so glad we found such a great dentist and highly recommend Neo Dentistry to anyone looking for excellent dental care for their family!

Today was only my second time at Neo Dentistry but I had an AMAZING experience just like last time. My dental hygienist, Jessica, was so friendly and kind and very patient with me when I told her I get nervous when I go to the dentist. She was really funny too. I recommend Neo Dentistry to anyone!

I’m coming back to update this review once I get the name of my dental hygienist. Days later my mouth still feels so refreshed. I had really terrible experiences at the dentist growing up, and I’m still a bit anxious when I get in that chair as an adult. I usually have to distract myself from the discomfort of being there. Not this time. The hygienist was so incredibly skilled, I felt like my teeth and gums were actually being cared for. She was very efficient with scaffolding tasks, so even though this was definitely one of the most thorough times my teeth have been cleaned, it was also one of the quickest office visits. It was definitely the best cleaning I’ve ever had, and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. The receptionists were very warm and welcoming while also being professional. Dr. Gonzalez was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. All in all, a great visit. Thank you Neo Dentistry!

It had been about a year since I had been to the dentist. I was dreading it, honestly. But Debbie, my hygienist was so kind and gentle with my sensitive gums. I also had some staining on my front teeth and I wasn’t sure how it could be fixed. Debbie polished it right off! I left the appointment feeling much better than when I went in.

Hygienist Andrea was very attentive and very understanding of the situation And made sure I was comfortable. She walked me through the process of what needs to happen and will be happening. Dr. Gonzalez was also very attentive ave elated that the prices of my visit was a success. He ensured my comfortability as well and made sure the procedure was completed without complications .

always a good experience, quick and efficient and friendly. i live in north austin and always make the drive because the people are great, pricing is always within my budget bc of my insurance and they always take care of me. i love my dentist!

Randi is hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever had and that is saying a lot because their previous hygienist was by far my all time favorite there. Randi is incredibly kind, caring, gentle, and professional, and she truly treats her patients like family instead of just another appointment on the schedule. She always makes me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for, which is something very hard to find these days. Dr. Gonzalez is also absolutely phenomenal. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely gentle during procedures, which makes every visit stress-free and reassuring. The entire team at Neo Dentistry goes above and beyond to make every experience a positive one. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist office that truly cares about their patients.

I usually have anxiety when going to a dental appt. I spoke to the hygienist and she completely understood what she needed to do for me to get me comfortable. I was so pleased with her caring and sweet demeanor. She made my experience go smoothly and just made sure I was okay along the way. My daughter also had a great experience with Neo Dental.
