Everyone was so patient and informative. From the moment I walked in. The lady at the desk, confirmed my appointment, offered me water out of the refrigerator and changed the channel on the tv to make me comfortable. Even Dr Waldman spent time with me explaining everything to me and took in account my Personal wants and needs. I highly recommend Lakeland Dentistry! Thank you for a pleasant visit to the dentist..lol

Very great dental experience. From the receptionist to the hygienist, everyone was so nice. Office is very clean and their availability makes for easier scheduling.

Listen everyone says this so it’s no surprise… I hate the dentist. I get so much anxiety and I hate when they are in there with the tools and the fingers. Ugh. No it’s not pleasant for me. However, I will say Kristine the hygienist was so nice and she kept me talking so me anxiety wasn’t high. She was quick and efficient, none of the office staff was rude or in a hurry. The office is clean and smells nice for being a medical establishment. The doc was good to he was kind and asked how I wanted the communication to go, everything was smooth and I might just go back when I am supposed to. Overall well done, the office staff is a great one for patients with anxiety. Highly recommend

I live out of state. A crown broke on my left back tooth while visiting family here in Florida. I called Lakeland Dentistry and they got me right in. I was a bit anxious but the staff took excellent care of me. Dr. Waldman was thorough and explained everything during the procedure. I appreciated it. Nicole was very friendly, caring and engaging. Erica was a big help in navigating insurance issues. My experience was fantastic and I would recommend Lakeland Dentistry to everyone. If I lived here, I would choose them for my dental needs!

Everyone is incredible and helpful and caring. I have had many good dentists and this whole facility is top notch. Dr Cacciamani is fantastic! Highly recommend.

I went to this dental office based on a family recommendation, and unfortunately, my experience turned out to be very disappointing. During my first visit, everything seemed fine and my insurance covered a good portion of the services. However, in the following visits, I was scheduled for multiple cleanings, but no actual corrective dental work was done on the issue I originally came in for. After several appointments, I was then informed that the treatment I actually needed would cost me nearly $3,000 out of pocket. This was very frustrating, especially considering the time and procedures already done that did not address the main problem. Another concern was the lack of continuity in care. I only saw the main dentist once, and afterward I was told he no longer accepted my insurance and was passed between different providers. This made the experience feel disorganized and unclear. Overall, I feel that my treatment plan was not communicated properly from the beginning, and I wish the priority had been on resolving my dental issue rather than scheduling multiple visits that did not lead to a solution. I would recommend that future patients ask detailed questions about their treatment plan, costs, and insurance coverage upfront before proceeding. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not return. And I Told them to get me off the schedule.

Went in with a bad tooth took me in that day and had it fixed the next. They are awsome almost seems like 1 big family the way they interact with one another. One of the best dentists I have been to let me rephrase the best dentist I have been to and I have been to alot of dentists over my life.

It was my first time getting established with Lakeland Dentistry and I was beyond impressed! Dr. Waldman is extremely thorough and knowledgeable, taking his time and expertise to ensure the perfect outcome. Nicole was also incredible and helped make the experience super smooth and enjoyable. If you make an appointment here, ask for Dr. Cacciamani and Emily! Emily is the best dental hygienist that I've ever had, she's quick and efficient. Dr. C makes you comfortable with whatever decision you make and is all about patient-involved care. This is the best dentist I've ever been to. I didn't feel forced into getting any treatment I didn't want, and the cleaning was perfect!
