I've been traumatized from the previous dental place and so grateful for making the right decision to be at Gentle Care Dentistry. I have been with Gentle Care Dentistry for many years and have zero complaints. IIf anyrhing, I've only experienced appointment reminder and check-in and check-out process improvements. The facility is immaculately clean. The tools and equipment for imaging, and teeth cleaning is state of the art. And most importantly, the Doctors, hygienist, assistants, office staff, management, and housekeeping ( immaculately clean), staff seem to work like a well maintained system. I began with Dr. Milovek, who is mostly retired now, and have continued received care from Dr.Thomas, and both Markettos. The care an expertise at Gente Care Dentristy has not faltered and continues to exude excellence! By the way, I love my long time Dental Hygienist Carina. She's top notch.

Great Dentistry! Both my husband and I go for our cleanings, we love the customer service and professionalism to their service. Staff is always smiling and kind. So far all the Dentist that have treated us have the best interest for our dental health. Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the friendly, respectful and professional communication at Gentle Care Dentistry in Las Cruces New Mexico. Veronica was exceptional, giving me a full tour of the facility, and explaining some of the high technology equipment and systems. Dr. Ramirez was very polite and respectful of my dental problems and of my time. Explaining the “why” of the recommendations for this immediate concern, as well as the recommendations for future dental wellness plans. I confidently award them the full 5 stars, because they earned it! It’s a saying, “sometimes my work is like pulling teeth!” Nah, that is an exaggeration! My work, is a BREEZE in comparison. Dr. Ramirez lives up to the name, Gentle Care. It was a tough one, but her methods were as “gentle as could be expected pulling a stubborn molar, and continuously checking with me regarding pain level and management. I used frozen water bottles in socks to ice my jawbone, and this morning, feeling pretty good!

I’ve always had a great experience here. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Brandi is my hygienist and she is the best. She’s always gentle, takes her time, and explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. I’ve seen a few of the doctors and they’ve all been great. Most recently I saw Dr. Drew and really appreciated how kind and thoughtful he was. Definitely recommend this office if you want people who genuinely care.

Update: I received a phone call from Dr.Marketto today regarding my concerns, and I am updating my review. Within minutes of posting, there was follow-up. He listened, acknowledged how I felt, and addressed the issue right away. The call was brief but effective, and the situation was resolved immediately. Because he took the time to listen and put a plan into action. Thank you Dr.Marketto! After today’s experience, I’m leaving a three-star review based on the front desk interaction. The customer service this morning was very disappointing. Our school had a delayed start, which was communicated to parents after business hours. Despite that, I was told I should have called the office the day before, which simply wasn’t possible. I was then told I would be charged a no-show fee for something completely out of my control. To make matters worse, the staff member referenced a prior “no-show” without taking the time to understand the situation. I have never been a no-show. On that occasion, I was hospitalized the night before, still called to notify the office, and even agreed to pay the fee because I felt it was my responsibility. There was no empathy, no willingness to listen, and no attempt to problem-solve, just an immediate dismissal and mention of fees. As a parent of two children who cannot be left unattended and must be at school, this situation was stressful and frustrating. Thankfully, I was eventually able to find help and get rescheduled, but it shouldn’t have taken that much effort. I truly love the dentists and the technicians, they are wonderful. It’s disappointing that the front office experience does not match the quality of care provided by the clinical staff. Listening and understanding would go a long way.
