Where do I start? I have always been extremely fearful of going to the dentist. When I broke a tooth, I wasn't experiencing any pain, so I kept putting off finding a dentist because of my anxiety. After searching online for a dentist who was patient and had a gentle touch, I came across Dr. Charlie's office. I completed everything online, but the moment I received a call from Shelly, my nerves started to calm down. From the time I walked through the front door, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. It immediately made me feel more at ease. I shared my fear of dental visits with Dr. Charlie, and she was understanding, compassionate, and honest every step of the way. She took the time to explain everything, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her gentle approach and attentiveness made all the difference. I am so happy to say that I have finally found my dentist, and for the first time, I no longer dread dental appointments. The level of care, professionalism, and kindness I received was truly exceptional. Thank you to Dr. Charlie, Shelly, and the entire team for making such a positive impact on what has always been a stressful experience for me. Amazing service all the way around. Highly recommend!

Excellent staff and Dr Charlie is very friendly and knowledgeable. The office is brand new and the tech is cutting edge. They don’t even use the classic overhead light in favor of headlamps. The X-ray process was also very unique (handheld). They are very inclusive, including LGBT+ friendly. Highly recommend, might be my favorite dentist yet, I’ve had so many over the years of moving around and looking for deals while in college. Also, they have ceiling mounted TVs that you can watch YouTube on while getting worked on with wireless headphones, so cool! Lastly, they offer payment plans through a couple partners, which is great since dental insurance is a joke these days.

Shelley at the front desk is always welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. The entire team is efficient and professional, making every visit seamless. Dr. Charlie is the best, skilled, gentle, and genuinely cares about her patients. The level of service here is truly elevated. Highly recommend!

I am a first time patient at this dentist and I am very pleased with the care that I’ve received at my first appointment. Katie, the hygienist was very friendly, approachable, and informative. She took the time to walk me through each procedure, and I really appreciate how she helped me understand the condition of my teeth. With my prior experiences at dentists, I’ve always had to ask what was going on and why. But at this dental office, each step was explained to me and I actually felt like a valued patient and not just some person that they had to rush a procedure on so they could serve the next. Even though I was in for onboarding procedures (X-rays, teeth examination) I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Charlie at the end of my cleaning and she took the time to get to know me and even personally gave me a tour of the office! I have NEVER had a tour around a dental office before. They use high quality technology and equipment and you can really tell they are up to date on their dental practices. The whole office looked like a spa and was so clean and tidy. At the end of the visit, Shelly who worked at the front desk, made sure I was all set for my next appointment. I appreciate how friendly and informative she was. Even though dental offices can be busy, she was very calm and took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I also received a goody bag that came with a reusable water bottle which I though was so cool! I am usually not fond of going to dentists and have a lot of anxiety from negative experiences in the past, but I am looking forward to my next visit here at Define Dentistry. I highly recommend this place! 😊

I have had privilege to go to Define dentistry twice in the past year for my teeth exam and cleaning. I first visited their older office in 2025 and then have sited their new office this month. I must say that out of all the dentist offices I have visited in the past 40 years, Define Dentistry is the best. Dr Sanna Charlie is an amazing doctor who is highly skilled with the latest technology and techniques. I have gotten my cleaning done by hygienist Katie who is simply amazing. The regular cleaning sees better than the deep cleaning from the other dentists I had received in the past. I have recommended Define Dentistry to all my family and friends and they all have nothing but the praises do the clinic. Thank you Dr Sanna Charlie and the entire staff.

Just got back from my second visit to Defined Dentistry, and… wow. I thought I was doing everything right with my teeth. Regular cleanings, no major issues, feeling pretty proud of myself. Then they showed me my gums. And then they showed me what healthy gums look like. Let’s just say… humbling. What blew my mind is that I’ve been to multiple dentists before, and not one of them ever mentioned this. When I asked why, they were refreshingly honest: most places focus on cavities (because that’s where the money is), while gum health often gets overlooked. At Defined Dentistry, it felt like they actually care about your overall oral health—not just quick fixes. Dr. Charlie took the time to explain everything, the hygienist was incredibly thorough, and the whole team made sure I actually understood what was going on. Now—real talk—the treatment is not exactly fun (read: not a spa day 😅), but they’ve clearly invested in making the experience as comfortable as possible. Natural light, calming ocean scenes on the ceiling… and somehow I was way more relaxed than I usually am at the dentist (which says a lot, because I’m normally a “give me the laughing gas” kind of girl). I could even tell they were able to do a more thorough job because I wasn’t so tense. Bottom line: they’re raising the bar for dental care. Also… I drive an hour to come here. That should tell you everything. If you’re even thinking about switching dentists—do it.
