Dentist of Lubbock

I went here after a filling failed at my general dentist. I am considering switching after such an amazing experience. I got my root canal and crown same day. Even the receptionist was super sweet, kind, and very understanding. I could not have had a better experience.

Everyone is so nice and takes time to get to know you and your family! My daughter and I have been going here for a couple of years now and couldn’t be happier! They are gentle, informative and work with your budget! So glad we found them!

Great office. The staff was friendly and the Dr was very skilled. I am fearful of dental work , but then Dr and staff listened to my concerns and made my visit as comfortable as possible. The Dr is up-to-date with his knowledge and he has the latest in equipment that make the patient's visit a much better experience. Great job on my new crown!!

My experiences with Dr Roberts and his team have ALWAYS been fantastic! His superior treatment of my complex case encouraged me to refer my entire family there! I've been with him from nearly day one of opening his office and I have never failed to be highly satisfied. All of his staff is extremely compassionate and remembers me every time I go in. From the moment I walked in Dr. Robert’s office, the staff were all about the client (me). Immediately greeted by the front desk sweet receptionists I was welcomed by my hygienist and his assistant, Santiago and Erica who treated me with knowledgeable information and relaxing conversation. Dr Roberts showed professionalism and gentle kindness. This staff is awesome as I give them my highly regards.

I had the best dental experience today at Dentist of Lubbock. Being a holiday week they were able to squeeze me in and take care of me. The staff was wonderful and caring of my needs and very informative so I could make the best choice for myself. Dr Charles Roberts made me comfortable and at ease so that the procedure went smoothly.
