Just the nicest dentist! This sweet older gentleman knew what he was doing. Helped me immensely in a time I really needed help. I had been in so much pain all weekend with a broken 1st molar. This nice man got me back there, numbed me up. And later pulled that baby right out for me. Staff was nice. His helper after was even more nice, making sure I didn’t leave with blood all over my face, helped me not look so sloppy drooling all over. 🤣 and guess what! No pain now! Thanks, Aspen! I’ll be back in a month or so! 😊

What a wonderful experience. I truly felt taken care of the second I walked in. No waiting around or wasted time. It was swift, thorough, professional and very pleasant. Good to know places like this still exist. Especially since It is a stressful place.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else. I chose this office because it had a lot of great reviews, and I had to find a new dentist since my old one doesn’t accept my new insurance. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional except for the office manager. After my exam, I was told I needed a deep cleaning. Since I don’t know much about dental procedures or insurance, I looked up the typical cost and even asked ChatGPT to help me understand what I should expect. Based on the information I provided, it estimated I would probably pay around $300 out of pocket with insurance. Instead, the office quoted me about $4,600, with $2,350 due after insurance. When I mentioned that I had used ChatGPT to better understand the pricing, the office manager dismissed it and made me feel embarrassed for trying to educate myself. I decided to get a second opinion at Machesney Park Dental Studio just a couple of doors down. They were incredibly kind, explained everything clearly, and my out-of-pocket cost for the treatment I needed was only $95. I understand every office has different fees and treatment plans, but the difference in pricing was shocking. If you’re facing a large dental bill, I’d strongly recommend getting a second opinion before committing. It saved me thousands of dollars.

Dr. Wang is really knowledgeable, nice, professional and very good at explaining everything going on with your teeth and gums as well as talking about future goals for your health if your teeth in the long run. Her dental assistant Ari is very nice and respectful also and makes you feel comfortable throughout all processes. Aspen Dental at the Machesney Park location are amazing and their staff is very nice and very helpful throughout everything. There technology is very cool and allows you to see everything they are talking about and get a actual visual of everything. They got me in the very next morning as an emergency appointment and they take my Dental insurance but now that I've been here I wouldn't recommend anywhere else but here for any dental needs!

I just had my four month checkup and am happy to say that everything went smoothly and I have no issues. Carrie my hygienist was great at explaining everything She was doing. After five years of being a patient at Aspen I am still very happy with the care here. Tom W

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We had Ari and she was very respectful and was going over everything with me. I brought up concerns and she listened and passed the info over to the provider so they were made aware as well. I would recommend to anyone

I went in today for my implant placement and had such a great experience! Dr. Wang was incredibly gentle and took the time to calm my nerves, which made the entire procedure so much easier and more comfortable for me. Jocelyn, her assistant, was amazing and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the visit and that I felt well taken care of. Amanda, the manager, was also wonderful and helped me clearly understand my insurance benefits, which I really appreciated. The whole team truly goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and supported. I highly recommend this office!
