great professional good bedside manner dentists. i drive over 45 minutes to get here and definitely worth the trip. ive been using these dentists for many years.

Dr’s Block and Kocun have been my dentist since 2008. I’ve followed them through three location changes and I’ve never regretted it. They’re the best!

Dr. Block is an amazing dentist and the following terrible review reflects solely on the office and the horrible management company who purchased his practice, where I am no longer a patient because of all of their screw ups. I’ll start with today’s debacle. The last time I was in the office was April. I only went to this new office once, in April. They send me a bill today, in December with made up nonsense on it. I just got off the phone with someone from billing who said there was nothing he could do and he would email his manager, not very helpful. Why are you sending a bill for 15 dollars in December from April??? Upon moving over to this new office back in April, i had several appointments pre booked. For my one and only April appointment, i received confirmation via text and phone. The day before that appointment , the office manager (idk if she is still there) calls me and cancels my appt because they don’t have enough hygienists. One did not move over with the practice. At the time, they did not know when they would be able to reschedule as a result of this. If you knew that you did not have hygienists, then why didn’t you tell me weeks before? I called the management company and this problem they were able to resolve, after a lot of needless time on the phone. I had another appointment made after this. They sent me text messages with the wrong date and time from what was made and what was on my card. They changed my appt without my knowledge or consent. I have proof of this as well. There have also been multiple billing errors for my family members!!! For these reasons, I will not be returning. I was a patient of Dr. Blocks since he purchased his former practice and I will not return because of the way this new place is run. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Dr Kocun is a wonderful dentist! His technique and results are out of this world!! I’m so happy to have found Premier Care Family Dental. Actually, the entire staff from the front desk to the assistants makes a visit to the dentist an enjoyable event and of course the work done by Dr Kocun is in a word, superb. I couldn’t be happier!!!

BEST DENTIST EXPERIENCE EVER! I can honestly say that my visit to Dr. Kocun was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the office itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, which made me feel like I was in great hands. Dr. Kocun took the time to explain every step of the procedure in detail, which helped ease any nerves I had. They were gentle, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I especially appreciated how they answered all my questions and gave me personalized advice on how to improve my oral health. The level of care and attention I received here is unmatched. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that Dr. Kocun genuinely cares about their patients. If you're looking for a skilled, compassionate, and thorough dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Kocun. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
