I am an older man who has feared dentists and their methods throughout my life. Today I went to my appointment at Smiles of Manassas for a dental emergency and encountered an exception to this longstanding history. I received highly professional, caring, and pain-free treatment from Dr. Hassan and his skilled technicians, with support from the office business manager, Hoda. They worked as a coordinated team that seamlessly included me in the process, frequently soliciting my input and feedback. In effect, they have transformed an anxiety-provoking, threatening setting into a more humane and patient-centered climate. This is dentistry in its most enlightened form. I highly recommend ManassasSmiles for dental needs.

I don't visit the dentist office as much as I should because frankly, I hate going. Uncomfortable, not personable, and overall something I feel I can live without. Today I HAD to go to a dentist and chose Manassas Smiles due to them being located close to my house. They have CHANGED my mind. Hard working and very professional staff! Comfortable! Great staff! You are greeted once you walk in the door. Very professional and answer all your questions in detail. The dentist identifies issues and will show you any work that needs to be done. A dentist that cares!

Omg the best dental experience of my life and I hate going to dentist office 😬😂😉 staff is so caring and thorough, went over all options and scenarios, answered every question with solid information. Very affordable and I have no dental insurance and able to set up finance at 0% rate for summer promo. No, I wasn't paid to give a good review , I was just very impressed and comforted and felt like for once I was getting exceptional customer service for once. 💯 worth a visit and estimate.

I’ve been coming here for years for multiple root canal treatments, and Dr. Hassan and his staff have always made the entire process as easy and painless as possible. Dr. Hassan is extremely professional, friendly, patient, and always takes the time to clearly explain every step of the treatment. He regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and his skill and attention to detail truly stand out. The staff is equally amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming at every visit. There were times I came in with severe pain, and they were always incredibly helpful, flexible, and accommodating. I can’t express enough appreciation for Dr. Hassan and his team. I was a patient here for roughly 2 years. Was told I had cavities literally every time I went in for my cleanings. Finally got to the point where I would just flat out deny getting them done. Decided to go somewhere else and get a cleaning done. Surprise Surprise, no cavities found. So be warned, they WILL find something wrong and who knows if it's legit or not. This place is about making money and could care less about their patients. Your a wallet and nothing more. Note: This review is specifically about how the practice is run. The staff and hygienists were always very friendly and attentive.
